I have a 1989 FJ62 in a two tone.
It has 207764 miles on it. It is a Champaign on top with a grey metal on the lower half. Truck is straight. Has a small rust spot on the passenger side of the rear of the roof. Runs and drives good. Two small dents one on the left side of the top fender and the other on the rear tailgate by the license plate trim. It has new 31 BFG’s.
Front bumper is missing the right passenger side bumper end. But have four new ones sitting in the truck to be installed.
Interior is in decent shape. The only tear is the common tear on the drivers side bolster. Asking $14,000
Must see to appreciate.

I am new to the MUD world but I have been watching these threads for the last year or so. I used to own a 1992 Land Cruiser when I lived in Malawi years ago and want to get back into a cruiser. Life has slowed down and I don't drive like I used to so I can sell the hybrid.

TPI 383 Chevy. running rough. was rebuilt about 3000 miles ago. had been running perfect. likely needs a few new sensors. may be easier to remove the TPI and put on a manifold and injection throttle body. has been referee'd in California and smogged numerous times. it has been on Non-OP for several years now as I have several other cruisers. I've driven it all over and it drives well on the freeway and also walks the Rubicon no problem.
NV4500 5 speed with early 6.34:1 gear set. rebuilt less than 5k ago

Hello folks I’m selling my 1989 HJ61 12HT automatic. It has 157k miles on it currently and is my daily driver.
Car runs really nice and is very quiet inside. The paint is superb as well as interior. There are a few short splits in the vinyl on the upper driver side door.
There is absolutely no body rust to be found. There is about a 4”x4” patch of surface rust on the rear frame that I will show a picture of. Not a single dent or scratch on her. All the doors open and close nice. Has power windows(1 doesn’t work), mirrors and power sunroof. The speedo works only on occasion. Other than that car is great. All the glass in good condition.

I have a running 1983 FJ60 for sale in Conway, SC, asking $2000. It would be a great restoration project or a parts vehicle if you already have something in the works. You will need to bring a trailer if you are the buyer. I daily drove the vehicle until I found that some of the leafs in the driver side springs were broken. Therefore, a new suspension will be needed. Since I bought it, I have mostly just driven it. I did replace the solid brake lines for the rear brakes and replaced the clutch master and slave cylinder. Other than that, it is how I purchased it. There is rust on the body and frame that will need to be fixed before I would be confident for long term use. Also, a kid across the street got a bb gun for Christmas...

I plan to check out the car with a mechanic friend of mine and assuming that the seller is telling the truth about rust; and its mechanically sound to drive daily (with occasional fixes/maintenance) what would be a fair price for it?

I am looking to buy an FJ62. Want something that is mostly, if not all original with under 200k miles since I am planning on ditching my '16 Tacoma (if you want to work out a trade, I'm all ears!) to daily drive whatever I get. It is not a deal breaker, but my wife is obsessed with Two-Tone 62's so those would be preferred, but not absolutely required since it will actually be my vehicle. Budget is $10-15k and possibly more just depending on the vehicle

I don’t have a lot of info on the history. I bought it from a Cruiser dealer here in OKC. It had 73k. miles. Needed some body work and looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Normal mechanical work done (new alternator, radiator, thermostat, water pump, exhaust and master cylinder). No oil leaks. heater cores were flushed. Transmission fluid was drained and replaced (not flushed). Added a brand new OME 2.5" heavy lift and some BFGs. New sound system (amp, speakers, head unit). Have original head unit. Added sound and heat "proofing" below the underlayment on the carpet. Had the shifter tightened up with new bushings (feels stiff and brand new). New upholstery installed by certified Cruiser guy. In original condition left rear passenger door was hit at some point denting by check strap prevents door from opening completely.
Rusting on front lip of hood, and lower edge of tailgate.
Small amount of rusting on lower door edges rain gutter near left rear door left fender arch at seam, and small areas at the rear bottom of both wheel arches.
Small star in lower windscreen.
Only modifications is a desmog by prior owner following directions posted here.

Needs some work but it does run and drive; engine and trans are good. I posted for 6500 on CL I would be willing to take 5000 for mud members.

'86 FJ60 for sale. 4.2 straight 6 with manual 4speed. Was running great but has been sitting for a while due to carb issue. Have new carb to be installed. Tired great shape, some body rust per usual for these Land Cruisers. I have a rust free door to replace front passenger door that's in bad shape. Frame good. Interior mostly good, driver seat upholstery torn. Rig needs some love and attention and hate to sell but need to.

I am selling my 87 FJ60 Toyota Land Cruiser with a little over 161,000 original miles and includes a Treeline Outdoors roof-top tent. The vehicle has a clean CA title and is rust free as it has been located in CA it's entire life. It looks clean minus the rims but we all know looks can be deceiving, esp after a few beers.
I am listing my 86 FJ60 for sale. I purchased this in March of 2017 from another Mudder.
