For Sale thoughts on this Ebay 1985 60?

Well this is right in the "flippers" local area. Plus a brand spanking new eBay account to boot. Though the ad does not follow his usual format. I have a bunch of his old ads saved long before he got called out here as I had a feeling the guy wasn't all above board. Here is one so you know what they look like....

IF they don't accept paypal run for your life. Most scammers won't use it because you can get a refund through paypal if the item received isn't as advertised.

That and a new eBay account with no history should make you want to run for the hills.

Pass on this and find one locally or from an eBayer with more ratings/experience.

Ask them if you can come see it in person....even if you are too far away to do so. If they respond that they are unable because they are out of the country, or on military deployment, or some other odd excuse then run....basically test that line in the ad that welcomes personal inspection.

CL ad indicates its a dealer as another mentioned above. So its likely a legit sale and because its a zero reserve auction it will likely not sell for their CL asking price....be curious to see if they try and cancel the auction if it doesnt go higher

In all fairness if its a legit offer and it truly is rust free with a clean chassis and low miles then a price in the $10k-$15k range is not out of the question. Its frustrating if its a flipper but if its at a used car dealer then they likely took it at a trade or bought it at an auction for a lot less than they are offering it for.
