This past weekend... I finally finished my scout power steering install. Just a few clean up things and the fender can go back on..
Curious what you did for a bracket on the sag pump?? I am 90% done with my steering swap and that is the last item I need (Well along with the pump) for my F2 motor. NIce going on your rig!
Thanks!I bought the bracket from jt outfitters. It is decent but I had to modify the holes as it didn't line up with the pulley quite right.. check out my build post in the signature for more pictures.
Picked up 44 yesterday and drove around Vegas on the way home.... Her new heart (fully rebuilt 2F, including head/valves) is beating strong and her new exhaust purrs like a mountain lion. Her new clutch is a joy to use!
Now, if only it would cool down enough to drive her ... 108 is too simply hot to enjoy a ride in a moving oven... I sweated out a few pounds of fluids, just driving home.
Here's a couple of pictures... Just to prove the engine is back in...

Skip,Danny, I don't know about your Goldens, but Beretta (Chocolate Lab) sheds like she doesn't want hair! If your two boys shed like she does, you've got your hands full!!
Skip,
I'm SURE my long haired Golden Retrievers shed more than your short haired Chocolate Lab... We make and market allergenic mattresses and pillows![]()
I figured they did! Man, when she rolls over for me to pet her, I scratch and rub her belly and 'scruff' her neck and such...when she gets up, I would swear there must be no hair left on the dog...my goodness!!
What you mean 'we'...as in you and your wife?
Hello, all!
Well I'm glad to say I've done a little work on the cruiser today and I had help from my friend Jack, so if you see any problems its his fault.

And finally, here is my material (less than $14) and tools I used. You might say that is a tooth pick and I"d say you are right, but it also makes a handy paint brush for small places. Note, the $14 does not include Jacks help! HaHa!!

I did not know what colors to get. So I just picked colors that matched as close as possible.
It took me about 2 hrs to do this project.
