Get one of those Moon tanks, hang it out on the front bumpah like the old drag cars...Kinda tight in there, Bob. May have to go with a round tank too.

You know how Rush hates running his hose back and forth...Nothing at the moment. Putting the expansion tank over there would cause a bunch of hoses to be run back and forth over and under the radiator. Not ideal for the plumbing.
Are those sticking up a little high? It’s here, Bobby!!

lol Like Whack a Mole!More going on…
Bought a Donaldson Cobra-head intake boot.
Unfortunately, it interferes with the mechanical fan.

Fortunately, the lip of the boot that clamps onto the throttle body has plenty of room for trimming, so rolled the dice and cut 1/2” off from the edge using a hose clamp as a guide. Now there’s ~1/2” clearance.

But wait! The boot has interference with the idler pulley! A smaller diameter pulley would be ideal, but I couldn’t find anything that was surefire, so the next best solution is this idler pulley relocation bracket.

There, now everything with that puzzle piece is ironed out.
The combination of a lower profile intake and a mechanical fan makes things problematic.

Just went out and measured against the dimensions shown on that site - same dimensions. Had me worried there for a minuteI use these intake elbows and have never had any fitment issues, maybe the Donaldson is different dimensions?
Pretty sure you can cut it on a chop saw. Just use the right blade. It's probably not much tougher than PVC but it has fibers in it so you need a very smooth cutting blade like a diamond tipped cut-off blade or you will not have a smooth cut.Just went out and measured against the dimensions shown on that site - same dimensions. Sucks they don’t have a silicone cobra-head in 4”!
I like that carbon fiber intake piping they carry - how do you cut carbon fiber pipe? Probably not on a chop-saw?!
That’s the Mosley radiator. Thought it was supposed to be one of the best ones.Rush, I wondered why you went with a rad. with the inlet over there, any reason? Also, how about a diesel sixty filter housing, I think that's what I use.
