Mocked it up in place along with the new fan and fan clutch. Looks
Need to get an expansion tank and some radiator hoses next.

The tank will be going on the passenger side somewhere by the radiator. I’ll take some measurements…

The other thing to post about is this little heater hose cross flow block.
Something I found out recently that may be of benefit to others who may be considering an LS swap in the future is that you aren’t supposed to simply block off the flow of coolant through the heater hoses. It always needs to be circulating or else it causes cavitation in the water pump. Well I’m not ready to hook up a heater, and depending on how the heater core and AC evaporator are oriented, sometimes it’s beneficial to shut off the flow of coolant into the cab during the summer. Anyways, instead of rigging up a bunch of valves and wonky plumbing, I found this block from a company called LOJ that allows you to block off the flow through the outlets and the coolant can flow back through the return to the pump.
Still have a couple fittings to get, but you get the idea. The outlets will be capped off in the meantime until an AC/heat unit gets installed.

Nothing at the moment. Putting the expansion tank over there would cause a bunch of hoses to be run back and forth over and under the radiator. Not ideal for the plumbing.

Gonna have to fab one, or possibly modify a factory piece. I’ll turn some more attention to that down the road.
