Tires are in the house. I’ll have to mount them to get a good measurement to see how they measure up in true size. They look good.

Starting on the easy end and moving forward.
I’m a fan of well adjusted rear drums. These things do the job and if you spend the money and get new parts they will dial in.
One bit of Drum Brake Tech I learned from JimC when doing my 45 was to make sure the new cylinders have sloped adjustment heads and if not, farm the ones off the old.

that allows the shoe to hit the drum evenly.
Don’t forget to install your axle shaft and then load on the shoes.

Without knowing it I did the same thing with my replacement cylinders.
The shoes on my rig were too wide to fit in the new cylinder slots, so I re-used my old ones that have wider slots in addition to having an angle.
