Thanks gents, I grew up doing things for ourselves so it just rubbed off I guess, I do enjoy it. I have some talented friends that do fab for a living and I’m not near their standard.

I escaped the house today (son & mom doing a purge of “stuff” but that was getting to be a loud endeavor, he left)

Sure fought the welder today, just could not get the sweet spot, ground so much off to re-weld, I’m knackered…took far to long.

Prepped the FURD towers today, no welding yet as I need to work on the inner fenders a bit before I loose access…but progress.

I h8 bodywork, but I couldn’t just leave the rough edges I had cut…so I tried to form a small lip like the factory edge.

They are better than before and good enough for now.

Nothing much to show but did spend some shop time today after drinking beers watching KOH yesterday.

Seems these pulleys don’t quite match, but I have no idea what PO did when changing from the 1.5 to 2 F.

I can’t recall what thread @RUSH55 was asking about the frame holes for brake line mount on pass side?

I was in the shop today cleaning a path to the Pig (someone had commented on dirty/messy shop, I’m so clogged I can’t chew on anything in there) and got a pic.

Found a correct pulley finally, and the water pump is not but it’ll work, will need to block the oil cooler nub.

Steve has a very nice 45 right now.

Can’t see any issues with the old pump…

Need some bolts before install, refuse to buy the generic wrong size head from LAPS, will need several other bolts too now that I look at it. Time for a list.

Might want to look into a 2F pump with a clutch fan.

I do have the 2F pump, not sure there is room to the rad for clutch fan though…so far as I know pigs all had fixed fan.
