I got a Noco jumoer pack for my 18 wheeler and the 80. If I like it I will get a gb150 for the 18wheeler and leave this one for the 80.

Met another 80s owner this weekend. Mine is in the background and yes no mods. I am just making it more dependable for now

Black cloth, time for a beer run to test the comfort level.
My steering column cover was broken when i got it 7 years ago and the JB Weld held up surprisingly well up to this point. I think the cold weather helped push it over the edge - just got too brittle and fell apart. The new one is surprisingly nice
Why didn't you adjust the drag link?
View attachment 1617149 Found this in the jack compartment of my 80. What is it?

Where’d you get the cover? I’ve been meaning to pick up one...
Hang tight. There is a cool alternative in the works...

Thanks for the tip! Somewhere on the web, a tint shop advised to soak it down with ammonia, plastic bag it in the sun, wait and it comes right off. Did not try it today. Sundown around now in NY, so instead I replaced the upper hatch outer door handle. It was rusted off, surprised that was the only thing rusted, 10 minute job, but so nice to be able to open the rear.
