80 Series What are these screws for?

I just purchased a 1991 80 series cruiser, and the previous owner had removed all the seats and had a platform camping set up in there. Which I removed and i'm trying to figure out what Toyota part # goes where these two screws are located. I believe there was a plastic step right there or something else? Thanks for tge help!

Yes, plastic step, with a plastic step nuts to hold it down.
For my 1996 LX450. Yours will be different.
