Good: New fuel injectors (2017), rebuilt Tranny (2010), OME suspension, A/C converted in 2007, stout engine (15mpg overall), new drivers seat, solid interior.
Bad: Exterior rust on body (undercarriage still good), electronic windows and locks do not all work, tailgate different color and locking mechanism is getting funny, mileage, paint-eep the hood.
Rust - most treated with POR, but newer bubbles have been noted.

Selling my 1985 FJ60. In good condition. Doesn't need much to be adventure ready. Could use a suspension refresh. Runs and Drives. Have a parts of parts including a front axle rebuild kit.
Not mine, no affiliation. But seems like a good deal here if you're close to the WA/BC border and want a diesel drivetrain for cheap. They don't provide the mileage, however.
Tough decision but Ive decided to sell the truck. Sits in the garage these days and I really dont have the time/money to do what I want with it. Ideally, a H55 swap would make it perfect. With the 33's its a bit of a dog on stock 4.11s.

Talked to the guy, Doesn’t have a gas tank. And has some other stuff going on in the wiring harness in the dash. Hasn’t been running since he’s had it. He has the title. Got it from an estate sale.

Solid vehicle. OME suspension with only 21k miles on it. Original EFI engine. 192k miles. Re-upholstered seats. Toyo AT Open Country tires. New rear brake drums and wheel cylinders. Good mechanical shape. A few rust spots. The bad is I recently rear-ended another vehicle in stop and go traffic. No frame damage. Clean title. I drive it daily. $8k

Most FJ62’s have plenty of miles on them. Finding examples with under 100K is pretty rare! We've all talked about buying a vehicle and squirreling it away for 30 years. Occasionally it happens. The owner of this 1988 Land Cruiser did just that. She had other cars to drive so this beauty sat in the garage and was used VERY sparingly over the years.
This enigma has less than 14K miles! Nope that's not a typo. When I originally found her in 2014, she had 9000 miles. When it comes to original examples, it's as perfect as you will ever find. Flawless body and interior. Original paint, engine, transmission...

On Ebay. 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser | eBay His ad has the VIN for a 1998 ES300. Asked about it he said it wouldn't take his VIN due to it being too old (LOL)! SO HE JUST MAKES A VIN# UP?!!! Says he is original owner but as yet provided no proof (VIN, title, nothing) I realize this is a s*** seller but his 60 is very close to what I am looking for now.
Anyone within aa 4 hour drive have a nice 60 or 62 they are looking to sell? Looking for no rust. Other than that, I am open. Thanks y'all!

The price offends my sensibilities, but my wife wants this bad and is tired of waiting/looking.
FJ62 Land Cruiser has been kept in a Garage except for driving, since I purchased it from TLC4X4 in California in 2014. Oil changed every 3 months and other normal maintenance. There is a little wear on the driver side front seat and I have a seat cover on it. A small crack in the dash. Solid Rig. I was using as my daily driver until I got my Nissan Leaf. I have POR'd the underside to keep the rust off.
List of repairs since leaving California:
-Replaced Alternator
-OEM Toyota window runs - 4 rubber window runs for the front doors and 2 window runs for the rear doors
-Brake Caliper Overhaul
-Replaced Steering Gear/Box
-New Tires (less than a year old)
-Engine Tuning
-New Battery
Looking to downsize and let someone else enjoy this...
