1985 FJ60 on ebay
Caveat emptor. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1985-Toyota-Land-Cruiser/264520623196 JT3FJ60G5F1128801 This flipper lies out his ass in these listings. He didn't buy this truck in 1997 from the 1st owner who died. It came from an auction. https://poctra.com/1985-TOYOTA-LAND-CRUIS/id-B1rHogCbgI68pplL/VALLEJO-CA/Photos Looks like a family of raccoons were living in it. I would be very skeptical of ANY of the claimed service. The re-re-paint quality will be crap. Zero prep. Truck is missing reflectors, antenna, rear wiper. Looks like it was thrown back together. Here's an 80 that the same guy tried to pass off as pristine and that he had owned for a long time...

1989 FJ62 San Diego, CA
You h8 mud? Well, I hate rust. When I came across this sunburnt Arizona rig with original paint, no rust, and unmolested I had to have it. I was a little trigger happy; I considered repowering it with a diesel, paint, etc. A year later, I've decided to let it go. I drive it to work, and have the cooling system sorted (new radiator, fan clutch, water pump, thermostat, hoses, etc). Just passed SMOG too. It has its needs, of course, like the speedo cable is inop, the fuel gauge doesn't work, the tires are mismatched, etc. The buyer of this rig will be looking for an excellent rust free place to start a restoration or resto-mod. $7900 firm (PM me with your email for a link to a Google Photos album with 55 images on the lift) Scot
1981 Toyota FJ60 / Jupiter, Florida
1981 Toyota FJ60 Land Cruiser Engine: 2F Six Cylinder Transmission: H41 4-speed Color: Beige The time has come for me to find a new home for my beloved Land Cruiser. I’m posting it here based on advice from a friend that is on this forum often. I would like it to go to an enthusiast that appreciates a solid original FJ60. I purchased it almost four years ago. It was sourced by The FJ Company and was serviced by them in Bogota before I had it air freighted to Miami, Florida. The truck was one family owned and originally sold in Cali, Colombia. The Colombian license plate is original to the truck and has been on it since new. It is a non-US spec truck, thus there are some differences. It is not restored and is in very good original...

Caveat Emptor This FJ62 is being offered by one of the Marks clan (Jim/Jimmy/James). If you don't know what this means and are in the market for a Land Cruiser, then please educate yourself on what these scumbags do. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1988-Toyota-Land-Cruiser-GX/264516378722 JT3FJ62G5J0083693 I have no firsthand knowledge of this vehicle. However, the prior bad acts by members of this family/clan are well documented here on Mud and across the internet.

Columbus, OH 88 FJ62
FJ62 for sale. In pretty bad shape. Has original motor. 138,661 on the odometer. Frame is in pretty bad shape. More of a project or parts vehicle. Trying to get some ideas on fair cost or if anyone is interested in it. It hasn't been started in quite some time, but the tank is empty. Will need to bring your own trailer.
Medway, MA: 1983 Toyota FJ60
I have a '93 FJ60 for sale that I have owned the past year and a half or so. I bought the truck as a daily driver and parts truck in Los Angeles with intentions of using the engine and other parts for another 60 of mine. I took a couple interior pieces and have decided to try and sell the truck as is. The roof rack is not included with the truck. As you can see it has a lot of rust underneath. Some of its surface rust but most of its cancerous rot. Wheel wells, door frames, door jams etc. The pictures do a pretty good job at showing the trouble spots (basically all of it). Along with the rust the brake lines on the passenger side are leaking and it looks like there's an oil leak underneath as well. It has developed an exhaust leak and...

1985 FJ60/ Frankford, DE
1985 Toyota FJ60 Engine and interior are fair, rust in various spots. Haven't given the frame a proper look in a while but I would assume there are some problem areas. Bought this off eBay last year to tool around with but it sat over the Winter and it will no longer start. Drove it here and there close to home. Never had any issues starting and it sounded decent while idling. Whatever is keeping it from starting is electrical and could be a quick fix, (or not). I'm not equipped to part it out and do not possess the know-how or time/money to do it justice. Open to all offers and will provide more pictures if requested. Thanks

After many years and many miles of road tripping it’s time for our well loved adventure-mobile to move on to a new owner. The good: -strong running 6 cylinder 2H Diesel engine, rebuilt by a previous owner. 24 volt starter (recently rebuilt) and glow plugs fires it immediately, even in the depth of winter -rebuilt auto transmission (receipt to prove) -rebuilt transfer case (receipt to prove) -brand new (2019) Old Man Emu medium rate springs front and rear with new sway bar isolators and extended links ($2200 in parts) -brand new (2019) long stroke shocks, front and rear ($600) -brand new front calipers (2019) -rebalanced driveshaft (2017) -rad recore (2017) -most receipts for past service history and parts -summer steel 16” rims and...
Came across two 62’s on cl recently and both had me pondering the merits of incurring a large pile of debt to acquire. Alas it’s not in my cards but both seem like potentials to be nice trucks and reasonable pricing. The 90 is a tricky one as it’s 318k miles and sounds like engine trans are struggling but rest of truck and underside look nice. https://nh.craigslist.org/cto/d/barrington-1988-toyota-fj62-land-cruiser/7003173693.html https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/cto/d/providence-classic-1990-fj62-land/6993002507.html
Cullman, AL 1983 FJ60 - SOA on 37s
Meet El Bandito. I bought this truck in July of 2018 from a fellow cruiser nut in Colorado. I flew to CO, paid the man, and drove it back to AL with zero issues. I bought the truck with the intention of my son and I having fun off-roading on the weekends, but we've done it once and I drive it 3-4 times a week. I have a 40, a 55, and a 100 and just have too many projects right now and don't need it. I don't recall the shop in CO that did the majority of the work, but the guy I bought it from knows Cruisers and was a great guy. I've seen nothing that wasn't done correctly since I've owned it. The details: * Runs and drives great, no mechanical issues. * All I've done in a year is get the A/C recharged (air works great) * 248k on the...
