Since you have no belt, you'll need either a strap wrench to hold the pulley, or a vise. Or both. An impact wrench may do it, but I haven't personally tried.
Once you get the nut off, you may have to encourage the pulley to leave its nest with...
The OEM stabilizer has ends like a tie rod. Some aftermarkets use bushings. You would need to find an Ironman dealer to see if the bushings are serviced.
