No big price jump recently, but we did remove the option to do a drawer less system. That was confusing far more people than it was helping.

Perhaps that's the change you're seeing?

Thankfully we've had minimal tariff impact. We source everything as domestically as possible. :)
Maybe I’m confused - but when I did a price checklist last week for a 200 series LC with the sleeper platform, and two drawers (no cutting boards or tables) it was about $700 less. The platform was around 2k and each drawer was 900-ish...

Ah, I think you have a point. The sleeper add-on pricing went up a couple hundred as did the base system price. Those were unintentionally low before. Put the two together and that does add up.

I'll send a PM. I'm not a fan of surprise price increases so if you're looking to place an order soon, lets chat. Certainly don't want to pull the rug out from anyone shopping!

Hi Everyone!

CD30 Metal Tray .webp

We've recently upgraded our Dometic CD30 Drawer fridge offering on the 60/80/100/200 Series Land Cruisers. Before diving into this, we have to clarify that your non legacy-Land Cruiser friends DON'T get this option because their cars aren't big enough to support the width needed for the slide-out option.

As a brief overview, the tray allows for the Dometic CD30 drawer fridge to be mounted on a slide-out, which turns the top of the fridge itself into a work surface, provides a fast deploying work surface, and incoporates a storage tray intended to house a powerstation for the fridge.

We have seen an increase in demand for the slide-out-tray CD30 option, so we completely redesigned and upgraded this product. First and foremost, the structure is now all-aluminum. We wanted to further enhance long term durability while also 'cleaning up' the aesthetics compared to the previous design. The storage tray features provisions for routing straps to secure a power station for the fridge.

We also enhanced the coverage of the bezel, filling void space to give a cleaner, more finished look when everything is closed up. This also includes a front-access wing to the storage cubby located under the platform, which allows for access to the storage space without having to extend the tray.

What additional details can I provide about our CD30 Slide out tray on the 60/80/100/200 Land Cruiser?

Price

The CD30 tray is available with a pretty wide range of configurations on the rest of the system, so there's a pretty wide range of system prices available. You can play with the configurations here to get a feel for pricing:

...or a possible group buy?
Perhaps! If we could get something like 10 people willing to put deposits in to secure a group buy we could be persuaded.
