Bumpers are set and front crossmember is modified. Checking a few more things and then pulling the cab and bed. Put those on dollies and over to the paint shop so we can block out all lines and openings.

Run the exhaust and final weld all bracketry.

Disassemble the chassis to bare frame and off to powder.

Been a bit. All the doors and panels are floated in now. Firewall is smoothed and made a little room for the turbo downpipe.

Custom made stamped OE style aluminum radiator to match the 6.7L inlet/out arrived. Love the old school look. 4 core with trans cooler.

Nothing a flat piece of metal and leather beat bag cant handle.

Frame should be back from powder this week.

Finally nailed down the colors for the truck and ordered from the paint supply.

Custom steering column and SPARC Road Trip steering wheel ordered. Interior panels are in design. Bedwood Retroliner in build queue, Dakota Digital RTX gauges ordered, Restomod AC/HEAT system ready to install, all chassis and suspension bolts have been measured and reordered in yellow zinc chromate. Waiting on the King coilover conversion and shocks.

Tearing down the axles, spring packs and misc other pieces to send to powder and paint next week.

Amazing work Jason !! Loving it !!

Step one of the cab paint is down. Will tape off for the two tone tomorrow and get that color sprayed. Then I'll let the clear sit for a couple days to shrink and cure out and then cut with 1000 grit and apply two more coats of clear for the final before finish polishing.
