Exactly!! You could always put it on top of a screen too, if the holes are too large - I don't think they are, but can't tell from the pics.

Finally got it together! Well, the cage bolted to the tub and tub to the frame anyhow. I'm going to hold off on the front end until I get it running I think.

In other news, it won't fit out of the garage without airing down or bolting the 33s back on. I don't care! I'm making progress!

Bought this steering stabalizer kit for 11dollars shipped. At certain speeds I was getting a death wobble. This has cured it. Only thing is, I have to move where its mounted to the axle, it won't clear under full compression. Really good deal I think.

Got my eye candy back from the paint shop. Stock steelies widened to 8" by Stockton wheel. Epoxy primed then painted Cygnus white. Going to take them this afternoon to have the 35x12.5 KM2s mounted this afternoon. View attachment 1087154View attachment 1087156

Way too much. About $135/tire. GA Architect found someone in Georgia way cheaper, but I had already sent mine off.

New battery installed, and some electric connectors replaced.

Getting ready for a group 'wheeling trip on June 13th.

Wish I could come along on the ride, I got stuck traveling to the east coast instead for work. Have a fun time! I'm expecting to see some good photos, the ones Tony had of Moab looked awesome.

Took out the radiator and heater cores. I'm going to drop them off at the radiator shop today. This was the result of a leaking front heater. I figured I might as well have them all tested and cleaned.

Spent about five hours getting my blower motor to work. i think i cleaned almost every electrical contact in the whole damn rig.

Installed Twin Sticks, fabbed a new tranny cover and installed a Vintage Air GENII heater. Waiting on 45 degree fittings so I can hook up the lines. Heater core had started leaking and this seemed like a great upgrade.

Tucks up nice and tight. Will tie the defrost hoses to the side once the hoses are in place. Cool unit, three speed fan, temp adjustment knob and selector switch for damper.
