It is Cygnus white. It has the metal rain gutter, still factory riveted to the fiberglass. I cleaned away all the seam sealer from the rain gutter and resealed it with Napa #4313 seam sealer. I like it better than 3M.

Very clean work! Looks awesome.

Master and slave went this week. Replaced them. Now want to head out to Stinson for the weekend. Have to exercise the clutch you know.

Wire wheeled my side steps and primered them. Also sand seam sealer off the hard top getting ready for a new gutter.

Finally welded up a tensioner bracket for my power steering pump. Finally no more ghetto "temporary" (a.k.a...2 year) rope tied to the shock tower.

Finally shot the firewall after applying Lizard Skin ceramic insulation...

After a year of daily driving (including some trails) with zero issues, finally felt it was ready to go on a trip, so I drove it to my parents' house in the mountains (~250 miles). Ran perfectly, got 13.2 mpg running 60 mph all the way. Love it!

I had the 40 seats ( out of a Chevy) reupholstered in a 80 series style.

armchair wheeling

I finally made the decision to fix my 1969 the right way. No more patches or diamond plate covers. It's either a new tub or new quarters and rear sill. The rest is very solid but the rear is bad. Any thoughts? Rear sill is totally gone.

You gotta post some pics when you get them back

Here are my stock steelies widened out to 9" ready for some new BFG's.....as soon as I get my OME 2.5" lift installed, these will go on it. Along with 5 new OEM hub caps & treads...

NOTE: These were done by a guy in Calhoun, Georgia who restores Classic Cars. Very Reasonable and less than half the price of others.

Definitely will post some pics. Garth - your blue 40 on the widened steelies inspired me to have mine widened. Planning to run 35x12.5 KM2s. I've seen some steelies widened, just not the late model wheels. - Justin

GA Architect - Wish I would have seen that sooner! Shipped mine out this past Thursday.
