Specter Offroad sells speedo gears with different tooth numbers - which you can use to correct for tires size and get the speedo to display your actual speed or just could use the mental speed calculation function your brain was endowed with ;)...

have you looked at the fuse seats ? in my 40, the clamps holding the fuse were corroded, and also not holding on very well and how intact are the wires coming out of your fuse block ?
