I suggest not disassembling the choke plate and throttle plates … my weber has over 200k on it and only had to do it once and that was just recently
Don’t think you have that many miles to warrant that
The screws for them are pesky and often strip and if you can do everything else … it is easy …. EASY
If @RevISK is being generous to offer face time I would go that route… there are most likely many videos that go step by step what to do

Regarding the valve adjustment, it’s one of the things that seem like crazy voodoo until you do it. Afterwards you’re amazed it was that simple and empowered that you have that much more say over your vehicles health.
I’m happy to “you’re doing it wrong” from a far. People are helping me big time so anything I can do to give back.
