Couple of Questions why wouldn't you just use the return/regulator on the Tb? Is it to reduce the amount of fuel line used? Or is there a problems with the internal regulator? You are good as long as you have the GM “corvette” pressure regulating fuel filter (with the return line to the gas tank) installed after (downstream) of the fuel pump
Better to use too much gasket sealant on the intake manifold adapter gasket and adapter to sniper gasket. Even just the smallest air leak will cause all kinds of issues. Also make sure you use a good, extra thick gasket on the exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe flange as any air leak here will also cause havoc with the O2 sensor. Ask me how I know..![]()
Also can I just use the stock 5/16 outlet on the tank? I'm concerned that it won't flow the volume of fuel the pump requires.
