I actually never even drive Fj40 I have experience driving old trucks.. but never FJ40..
It's sound crazy.. but after years of build.. I feel like I have drive it whole my life.

The body.. not perfectly done.. but it will work for truck-type vehicle.. sorry nor for show or display ..

and my result is sucks.. from a professionals point of view.. but it sealed and painted

and more cleaning... and install a new kit ..

I purchased a set of STA 7.0-15.... just before they jump to $240 per tire...

will put them on this rims..

It is a leak in front .. coolant and oil...

A coolant leak in the water pump.... all the time

Oil leaks (red arrow) in the timing plate.... bolts ? (only when it runs)... probably an overtightened gasket ?
The green arrow is the coolant ..

Budget lesson... always install a new OEM staff if possible...
