Replaced the TPS and connector. 26yrs and the last engine cleaning took it's toll.
BTW- The Toyota catalog # for the '89 3FE TPS was wrong. It's NOT the 89452-14050
The correct part # is 89452-20050.
The connector that I found was SKU: ST4PIN from wiringspecialities.com
S13 SR20 MAF Sensor Connector

I did the same this weekend....
Wow those new wipers are beefy..!!
And wipe the windshield clean..!!
Most excellent upgrade..!!

I did the same a couple months ago and they definitely look and work better.

Anyone know of a similar swap for the rear wiper?

Lifted and tired my 84 FJ60. Wasn't looking for this but i just couldn't pass it up. Original owner 131,000 miles. Downey V8 swap in 95. Super clean.

I had contemplated what these Grabbers would look like on a 60 and didn't consider them
favorably...but I gotta say, they look real good. Brought them back into the purchase discussion.
I wonder how the 33x10.5 version looks, being narrower.

Have to say though, it would be pretty tough for me run reds out. ;)

It's always nice when packages almost as big as me arrive at my doorstep....especially from these guys!

The tires were cheaper price wise when I put them on my Tacoma, something like $185 each. I swapped them on the 60 since i knew that was the direction I was heading with this one. Have to say the redletters out was a done deal a few years back and it kinda grew on me.
Great trail tire as I have them on my 73 FJ40 in 35-12.5. Work well in the snow and mud, soft enough for rocks without chunking and very quiet on the road. Seem to wear well also, although I don't put a whole lot of long highway miles on them except for the occasional trip to events.

I am close to a possible OEM arm with aftermarket blade solution. Still likely better than the 30 year Yoda technology.

Installed an ARB 100 series roof rack (a friend had for sale for a price I couldn't refuse) on my 60 using Trail Tailor @reevesci gutter clamps and some homemade extension brackets.

Made some progress on the 60 in the last several days.

1. Rebuilt the knuckles. More details here.
2. Added Lock-Rite 1630-LR locker to the rear
3. Replaced leaking wheel cylinders and fixed stuck parking brake. Amazing what working rear brakes will do!
4. Replaced broken visor clip on passenger side
5. Added grab handles to both A pillars

Knuckles in progress...so glad to be done with this project!

Harvested a "new" visor clip from an old 4Runner...with some slight modification, no more dangling visor

Grab handles from a 100 series + rivnuts = far easier to get in the truck

@boozewz You will love them. I have been running mine for over a year and they have been awesome. Great road manners and great offroad. Only negative I have had so far is that they really like to hold onto small rocks so I have to occasionally go through and pull them out.

Got some Cooper Discoverer 255/85/16 mounted and balanced on some 70's steelies.

Those look great! Are those rims still available new?
