Hello all.
As a long time fellow 3FE owner, I have spent a TON of time going over this engine to make it run its best. There are not many sensors to make it happy, but refreshing the system still takes a while, especially when you have to hunt down not only the sensors, but also the connectors or terminals or seals!
So I thought I would share the fruits of my homework. This is a simple post for some easy and pure tech. Hopefully it will save some of you time and money to get your 3FE up and running well.
You can get these parts from a mix of places (of course stick with OEM for sensors when you can). I won't list store options as that is not the point of this thread. An easy google search or mud members/ dealer are your friend (please don't make this a sales thread).

Sensors:
EFI temp sensor: 89422-20010 (89-92) . If you have an early 88, it's worth it to just swap to the newer one as the early 1988 one is NLA.

Gauge temp sensor: 83420-20020

Cold start injector sensor: 89462-20040 ,

BSVS: 25820-13020 ,

Fuel pressure sensor (NLA): 89428-14070. OEM work around: 89428-28030

O2 sensor: 89465-69015 , Denso: 234-4056

Throttle position sensor: 89452-20050 (88-89 FJ62) , 89452-14050 (89-92 FJ62/FJ80)

Air Flow Meter: 22250-61010 (88-92).

Idle Air Control Valve: 22270-61010

Connectors:
Fuel pressure sensor connector: 90980-10197 ,

Fuel pressure terminal: Yazaki PA series PA-SKT2

Fuel pressure connector seal: Sumitomo DS-250 single wire seal

Cold start injector sensor connector: 90980-11061

EFI temp sensor connector: 90980-11062

Gauge temp sensor connector: common female spade terminal

O2 sensor connector: Anyone know this? :)

Throttle position sensor connector: 90980-10378 a copy of the Bosch Jetronic throttle position sensor connector

Air Flow Meter connector: 90980-10071

Air Flow Meter Terminals: 82998-12130

Air Flow Meter boot: Look up "Bosch Air flow meter boot" on google and lots of generic options will show up. ;)

Idle Air Control Valve: 90980–11144. Available new or aftermarket for cheap

Tools:
For wiring repairs I recommend the small investment in good crimpers. These have been fantastic and only like $30 :
Amazon product ASIN B0050KDKUC

Updated the post with the Air Flow meter connector and terminal numbers. Thanks to @jonheld for posting those in the 80 section.
Also tip on the boot. Google Bosch Air flow meter connector boot. Lots of options will pop up. :)

Added the throttle position sensor connector part number. Its NLA but if you google the number you can find aftermarket replacements. Also, its not surprisingly a copy of the Bosch connectors since the EFI system is basically a licensed Bosch system. A tie up that goes back to the 1940s between Toyota and Bosch. :)

I was today years old when I learned that....

Now I'm curious if the ECU design is included with that.

I am sure the basic design is similar, I doubt they reinvented that wheel but I am not sure.

Added the Air Flow Meter (AFM) 22250-61010. :steer: Its the same meter from 88-92. These are NLA unfortunately.
There are repair services available thankfully because the Denso units are SO similar to the Bosch ones. One place is Bavarian Restoration
There is also evidence that swapping in a AFM from a 92-93 V6 Camry or Supra works great as a replacement. HERE

Super excited about this one as the fuel pressure temp sensor 89428-14070 was the only sensor that was NLA with no clear OEM work around. There are of course aftermarket options. However, I love a good OEM alternative. After some extensive searching I have found sensor: 89428-28030
It's cheap and available! :). $10 last I checked.
I tested the switch at the temps indicated by the FSM and this switch seems to check out. Off when its around 212 and below. On at around 220. It is likely not an exact OEM replacement, but it is dang close. It meets the "run it" bench mark. :steer:

Long live the 3FE!

Updated with Idle Air Control Valve and it's corresponding connector: 90980–11144 . You can buy the connector from Toyota still or as a pigtail harness from many online sources for cheap (google).
