I don't have front pic, but the pulley was never an issue. It was pump body it's self. This photo makes the pulley look close but it was not that bad.

Mine was about the same. Maybe a finger's width between the pump and the power steering return line. Tight, but I think it'll work.

Be careful your return line looks like mine with the kink.

Here's one like I used, no problems now....

It amazes me how you built that pig for $5k with the price of some of the things you put in it.

What motor mounts are you using? I went back through several pages and didn’t find any mention...

I think these.
Amazon product ASIN B07WC415BJ

They almost fit with an extra 3/16 plate on the inside of the frame and the width of the motor. I buzzed an 1/8 off 1 side to fit across. I am cheating the motor to the driver just a bit for the AC and drive shaft oil pan clearance.

I am going to add a couple gussets to them. I think they are strong enough but I dont mind over doing that part.

The art of negotiation, persuasion and a sharp pencil. Take that the way you want.

I am probably the only moron to do 2 power steering conversions in the same pig. The first time cost me less than that power steering pump you got. That included the box, pump and the used high steer kit.

My googlenet sources tell me the vette and the Express van had remote PS. Scabbing reman. parts for them can be less than $150. I think what I have will work but in the future I might make it remote.

Thanks! I hope the metal serves you well!
I always send items out within 2-3 days!
Plz post pics of your artistry in fabrication!
Tryong to Save the pigs one slab at a time...

"It amazes me how you built that Pig for $5000..."

Not to mention a a cupful or two of wishful thinking, creative accounting and and slight dash of outright fibbing.

I'm above 5k, but not much. Maybe 15k including the purchase of the pig.

It's a junk yard build and I'm am cheap...well my wife is cheap so I am cheap. You know how it goes.

All our builds are multiples of $5000. 1x , 2x, 3x, 4x, etc. I'm in for $5K
