I wasn’t born yet.

Here’s an update for February -

My 25 point list for winter is down to just 5. A lot of nickel and dime hardware items, but the time to begin the wiring is at hand. I’m starting this by first wiring the ignition circuits and then moving to the engine harness wiring.
The stock ignition switch wiring needed to be grafted into the aftermarket Highway 22 harness, and am doing that via a Delphi/Packard connector, which is what American Autowire uses exclusively in their kits.
Also ordered and installed a new TAC module to throttle pedal harness, as well as a new connector for the TAC ECM wiring. Had a couple wires to shorten on that, and was able to source some Aptiv/MetriPack 150 factory style socket terminals for that.

Boy those modern connections are a far cry from the blue bullets we used to use!

Nice to see an update as you pick away 👍🏻

Stellar job on those heat shields. I really like Second Skin Audio's products. A little pricier than some of the alternatives but very high quality.

Do you think you have enough wires pulled into that engine bay?

Thanks guys!

Will still need to pull wire for headlights and turn signals! Haven’t yet decided if I’m going to run those through the same boot as all that other, or have it come through somewhere else.

Nice! A good crimp tool is critical! Do you like the Pressmaster?

My first thought is pull 'em separate.
I don't know why.
I am full of bad ideas, so maybe don't listen to me!
