1987 FJ-60 Auburn,CA
Hi there. I have a wonderful 1987 FJ-60. California car. Toyota five speed and tons of engine work professionally completed three years ago to get it to expedition readiness. The truck has been gone through completely. I have pages of receipts. Compression is 160-170 on all cylinders, interior is great. Body is good, but there are some dings. Hood repainted as a step in a complete restoration that I haven't had time to get to. It isn't passing smog right now, it did in 2018, but I haven't been able to get to it, but it runs incredibly strongly. It is probably a vacuum hose rerouting issue. Installed 4x4 labs rear bumper with tire and fuel can carriers, arb front bumper. I have new OEM chrome bumpers that can be sold with it...
Looking for an FJ60. I listed one here years back and although it made sense to get a different rig at the time, it was hard to let er go! Now I'm trying to rekindle that dream. Budget is about 20k and I have cash. Hoping for a very original rig with no, or VERY little rust on body or frame. I'm ok with doing some mechanical repairs, or having them done for me if it's out of my league. Would prefer a vehicle on the west coast, but am open to having the right one shipped as well. Thanks for reading my post. Holler if you have something or know of something that could work. Cheers!
Mountainburg Arkansas 1989 Toyota Landcruiser FJ62
Up for sale is my FJ62 Cruiser. I have had it 15 years or so. It has 181,000 miles on it. I pulled it out of LA CA all those years ago. It has been in UT, NV and just this year AR. It's basically rust free. It's all original drive train. I did put and OME lift kit and a 1 1/2" body lift on it. I also have and Aussie Locker in the rear and a Detroit Locker with Chrome Molly axle shafts in the front. This rig was set up and altered to be a trail rig. The front and rear bumpers were removed and custom ones put on. The rear quarter panels were altered so when falling off of rocks the bumper would take the hit. The clear coat is coming off on the passenger side. This rig spent most of its off-roading days in Moab UT, so I put the vents in...
Baltimore, MD 1987 FJ60 Landcruiser
Hi there, I have a 1987 FJ60 for sale with nearly 275000 miles. I'm asking $4k. I have more photos, you can either see them here: Log In or Sign Up to View - https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1000423824122447/ or I can send them to you. This FJ60 might not be the prettiest thing in the world but it has served me well for 5 years and would be a great project car that still runs in the mean time. There is some significant body rust, but the frame is still solid, only with a little surface rust. The engine runs strong, had passed Colorado emissions in 2017 before moving to Maryland, and has never failed me, even when driving it from Colorado to Maryland. I've done a lot of work on this over the last 5 years including: - new...
PENDING Little Rock, Arkansas 1988 FJ62
FJ 62. This is a real honest truck. It was bought new in Arkansas and went to Texas for a while then back to Arkansas. I used to own it, and sold it to a friend when I bought a 100. I just sold him that 100 to get a 200, so I am posting his 62. This one is not rusty. I can send added pics at your pm request. It needs nothing mechanically. AC is cold. No leaks. New tires. ARB, Kamar, OME Heavy, Warn 8k. He is asking $20,500. I will post added pics below. Thank you, Marcus

Excellent Fj60. I am the 3rd owner. It was stored in an Airplane Hangar for 15 years and used for the pilot/owner to commute to town after flying in. It came from Alaska with me and now its by Gettysburg PA. Its NEVER been driven on salted winter roads. I rebuilt some things on it before driving it down from AK..it is a garage queen.. I dont drive it very much- and only in the Spring or Fall when Im visiting family. No 4wheelin in its history. Really. Its been treated as a classic its whole life. Knuckles reuilt and all new seals on axles- all Bearings are Japan KOYOs no China-anything used. All top shelf pieces. High Crossover Steering with 25mm Steering Pin upgrade from MarlinCrawler. Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs and Shocks with...
*SOLD* Up for sale is my 1988 Toyota Landcruiser FJ62 with 202k miles. She's cosmetically rough at first glance but she's had a ton of mechanical work done. Here's the story: I've owned many 60s and 62s and this one was supposed to be my most reliable rig completely rebuilt for a cross-continent trip, but luck didn't work out that way. The FJ62 was sent to Urban Landcruisers in Atlanta where it was overhauled with $30k of work including -engine rebuild -knuckle rebuild -body off frame blasting + coating -OME medium duty lift kit -new BFG ATs -sport exhaust -the list goes on... The interior floor was also rhino lined for durability. All the doors including rears are from an Arizona donor and had zero rust, now there may be a bit of rust...

1983 FJ60 engine and 4speed trans
I'll be pulling this engine soon and parting out or selling complete. PO had sitting in his driveway and never finished. Engine turns fine. It looks like he started to desmog it but clearly had no idea what he was doing. I'll be clearing out the engine bay so pretty much all will be for sale. Let me know if you need a specific part and I'll get pics and pull. I'm pretty meticulous on bagging and labeling things so I'll make sure you have a good idea of what you are getting. I'm not going to try and price this stuff out. We all know what items cost so just make me an offer. TRANSFER CASE NOT FOR SALE! Thanks, Mark

1985 FJ60 - 35s, H55F, FJ62 Dash
Four and a half years and I can’t believe I’m putting the truck up for sale, but here I am. Taking a different direction in life and slimming down the toy section for now. I bought this truck in 2016 when I moved to California because I needed a truck to get me everywhere and still be enjoyable to drive. This continues to be true today, reliable and fun to drive. Little did I know at the time, I would become an OEM fanatic. Toyota built a great truck and I had no interest in deviating from a design that has proven to be reliable. Every item on the truck that has been replaced has been cleaned, scrubbed, or replaced new as required. I took a few liberties in the name of ‘while it’s still available’ but ultimately so the truck can be...
1987 FJ60 - central Maryand
Came across this while quarantined and bored out of my mind. I'm an HZJ-70/75-or-nothing kind of guy (which in North America really just means I'm a "nothing" kind of guy) so, I'm posting here in case one of you fine folks in the mid-Atlantic is in the market. From the Seller: "I will let go of my beloved Toyota Landcruiser FJ60. I am not in hurry to sell it. I will let go for $9,900.00. Everything works except for the horn. AC works, but the AC clutch makes some sound. During the past summer, I welded and all the rust spots in the frame. Now, it has very solid frame. It only has two rust spots in one quarter panel and one rear passenger door. I have owned it for past ~6 years. It was a daily driver at one point, and then it was...
