Engine runs very strong, this truck has been my daily driver for the last four years.
Interior is in great shape, driver seat has a very small at the base and trunk carpet should be replaced.
Very low mileage, only 150000! Just getting broken in!

Great trail rig or project vehicle. 1989 FJ62 176k, motor runs great, transmission shifts as it should no problems, Yukon 4:88 gears, powertrax lockers front and rear, 2.5” lift Dakar springs BDS shocks, wrangler dual battery system with custom stainless steel trays, BF Goodrich all terrains 33x10.50x15 with 75% tread, some stainless steel brake lines, speed bleeders, 2 into one exhaust system, transfer case rebuilt McNamara gear added no more clunk and several spare parts(hoses gaskets bearings etc). But heres a quick rundown.
4E8 Beige Metallic paint. Original, Or mostly original as far as I can tell.
Chassis/frame is a little crusty in areas. Not to bad, no holes ect. But has definately seen some salt maybe?
Front right fender has rust on the bottom edge.
Other than those areas, it is absolutely rust free. Window channels, drip rails, ect. All perfect.
Dash is cracked. otherwise Interior is...

I'm considering selling my Sandy Taupe FJ60. I haven't had it long at all, but things have changed and unfortunately I need something to suit a long commute.
201k miles on the original 2F and transmission. 33in tires.
Seats and dash are fantastic. Carpet not so much.
Standard underbody surface rust plus some somewhat dirty C Channels.
I've put a power steering pump, new fuel tank and lines, resolved some electrical gremlins, and put LED headlights on it since I bought it. (still have original headlights)
Has a vacuum leak and drips a couple drops of oil per day.
Cold A/C and hot heat.
Just trying to break even here, 22k.

I have an 87 FJ60 cruiser in which the carburetor cooling fan stopped working. I located the egr valve under the intake exhaust manifold and there are no wires connected to this valve and I am unsure where it connects/goes to because no wires lead to it. Any help as to where they lead/connect to would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

65,000 original miles...this should be a good one.
I picked this up over the winter as a donor vehicle for a drivetrain swap into an FJ55. The pig is gone, and this needs a new home. 187k miles, motor runs great. Was a daily driver until the prior owner blew the clutch pulling a stump. And when I say blew the clutch, I mean nuked it from orbit. The truck does not move under its own power, so will need to be towed/hauled as a non-runner. OME lift, BFGs that will pass inspection. It's rusty. It's been patched...a lot. The prior owner limped her along for quite a while. Her name is Scarlet, and I think he shed a tear as she rolled to her current resting space.
It's in Bar Harbor Maine. Mid Coast. Maine doesn't title vehicles older than 1995, so this will be a bill of sale only. I think...

Very original and solid 1984 FJ60 Toyota Land Cruiser, blue metallic with 147k miles. Runs great. No factory AC which I have only seen in one online photo other than this rig. Picked up 2.5 years ago as a project, cleaned out fuel tank and serviced systems needed to get running. Dropped the gas tank, cleaned multiple times, cleared line. Replaced the missing brake MC with a new dual diaphragm unit from City Racer, replaced the clutch cylinder. Also fixed/replaced entire power steering system - pump from City Racer, gear box rebuilt at Red Head Steering Systems. Everything on the truck is original except the wheels and the stereo system aside from those mentioned parts and still missing the carb fan. As far as I know it has all emissions...

- Paint color is an electric blue, but I don't think that was the original color. I think it was more of a darker blue. We had the truck wrapped in an ivory cream vinyl. They didn't do the greatest of jobs on the wrap so our intentions were to have it painted down the line the same color as the wrap.
- The body is in pretty good shape given the age of it. For a 1989, it's in much better shape than I would have imagined but it will need some body work if a new paint job is in the future. The left rear door...
Someone needs to grab this thing, and then sell me the rear seatbelt trims that run under the cargo windows. I'd buy this and part it out if I had the space.

I'm looking for an FJ60 between $15,000-25,000
Needs to be manual and have zero frame rust at the bare min and very minuscule amount of body rust are acceptable.
Prefer TAN, but if priced low enough to factor in new paint will consider.
Prefer that the drivetrain is in good working order, no major leaks (rear main seal), working transfer case, etc.
Interior condition is nice, but not super important, I don't mind fixing that up.
All in all I'm looking for a daily ready, TAN, manual, and clean FJ60 for under $25,000. For lower prices I'd consider other options.
