After getting the axles under the travel trailer squared away I opened up the next can of worms on the 55, man the drum is beat up inside. I guess it’ll have to do for static use. I have a brake kit & seal from Kurt on the shelf

That rear seal will likely leak again. Order a double seal speedo housing from @orangefj45 at Valley Hybrids. He sends you one already to bolt in, you return your core to him.

No pig time all weekend (putting travel trailer back together) but I do have a line on a replacement drum now, I’ll call that progress 👍🏻

Son is busy trying to get one of his classics ready for his old High School shown n shine…see if he gets one happy enough to drive over.🤞🏻

Colt is Cool 😉. Great to see he's into the Classics that's awesome. Must make ya feel good 😉👍.
Yeah he didn’t have a hope, lol.

My Dad had us hooked from a young age, my kids followed suit to a lesser degree but times have changed too, it can be expensive at times but a great hobby.

Daughter still drools over blowers sticking outta hoods and flame jobs…she could be trouble! 😬🤞🏻

No real progress but it’s always on my mind, bought another offering of parts today…Steve had a giant 80 out front along with the usual mix of 40s & 60s

New 80 steering box on the way, not sure if my 60 arm will fit it? Got tired of looking for a usable 60 box, even as a core.

This will spur some more progress on the front end, get it mounted and then shock towers & & & it’s a long list still.

The 60 pitman arm will fit, that's what I'm running.
Thanks Ron, I was going to look back at your thread actually, great to know another part is already here!
