What brand and model is it?

Radiator Master Globalization. Once I cut the corner to fit the bottom, everything else lined up great. I will be finishing the detail work today and fire it up. So far, the only other fitment issue was with the shroud.

finished swing out tire and jerry can carrier.

Broke it! In the “constant nickel and diming” category, my clutch pedal spring exploded on my way home from running some errands today.

Sounded worse that it was (almost like a gunshot followed by a good “wack” in my left shin.

Got home just fine - anyone happen to have a part number handy? (I will search later)

EDIT: think I found it - 90506-12450 for posterity

Cracks, leaks, it didn't fit right, it seemed like the cooling fins and tubes were super thin and fragile.

OEM 4 core is still available, pricey but cheaper than an engine rebuild.

There are folks that successfully run aluminum radiators without problems, I wasn't one of them though.
I have read on various forums that Champion has been given good reviews.

I have a Champion radiator in my 45. There were several fitment issues during the install and now after 10k miles it is weeping antifreeze in multiple places! I’m sure it will split a seam in the future.

Got my heater for my 64 painted and ready to install.
It's a brand new heater, but matches the old one I pulled out perfectly.
Pretty happy they still make them.
Even going to install the defrost option!

Moved on to the heater switch.
The one that comes with the kit is designed to be mounted under or in the dash. But the knob doesn't match the the vintage vibe of the 64s dash...
I am using a carb with aftermarket auto choke, so I don't need a choke cable... hmmm...
Decided to yank the choke knob off the choke cable and mate it to the heater switch.
Looks good and functional without messing with the aesthetics.

I'm ordered a arb bumper for my tow rig for my 40-a 80 series with a v8. @Skydog photoshopped the bumper on for me so I could get an idea of what it would look like in different color schemes. Even gave it a moab background! Pretty cool. Next week I'm going to try towing the 40 for the first time and see how it does.
