Replacing the old Radiator with a nice 3 core aluminum one. Cleaned up the rad holder, a little Coroseal and paint.

Does it feel like it's going to stay on because mine never felt like it's the right size and then just ends up cracking and falling off

I had to modify (cut) the mount a bit to fit the bottom of the new radiator. Shroud did not fit anywhere close to where the factory holes were, so I had to drill new holes to fit. No big deal, as it is all aluminum.

I bought the same radiator aswell, required heavy modification to fit correctly. The radiator itself wasn't wide enough to fit the stock bracket so had to bolt some flat aluminium to the radiator then bolt it to the bracket. The bottom hose also didn't line up, but glad its all finally together, Let me know how the radiator performs.

The grey is closer to the garage door than T621.Yeah it was a little too windy this evening to spray outside, I figured I was just touching up anyhow. Plus I want to let them sit for a few days to fully dry before I flip them over and finish the frontside of them.
What brand and model is it?
Just a cheap one from ebay, 3 core aluminium.
They suck, I learned that the hard way.
What went wrong with it?
