changed the oil pressure sending unit, and vwalla, fixed my gauge issue.

Removed the Holley carb that I have had for the last year on my 40. Initially the performance was increased but the gas mileage decreased. When the carb started flowing gas out of the vent and choking the engine I was pissed. Holley said the needle valve was bad so I replaced it and it ran like it should for two weeks then the problem appeared suddenly. Not wanting to thrown more money away on the Holley I pulled the old Weber out of storage and reinstalled along with new plugs. Runs like it did prior to the Holley and I will put the Holley on the shelf and forget about it.

this transfert case has been open once ( blue paste near gear speedmeter)
this a transfert case thirst model with a shaft little diameter
surgery needed to repair the gear salad
weld tig to repair the case

Good upgrade! My '76 FJ40 got an H41 years ago, along with a 3-speed transfer case and 3-speed flywheel/clutch set-up. Does great off-road with 4.11s and stock-size tires.

I purchased the studs on Amazon;foothills off-road products, weld in shock stud. Fabbed the brackets and just bought a 2" pipe for the cross mount.
