Had a fantastic weekend with my Cruiser in the mountains. So much cooler up there too!

Cheers

@efjayatee I'd be poor if I had to pay $4.85 for regular petrol. Thankful for our $3.65 here in little old New Mexico.

Added a Delta panhard bar bracket to take care of all the unstable rear end movement when going over rough roads or terrain. The. We loaded up the LX with 5 people and a 90 pound dog to go camping. The truck was definitely fully packed with a tough box on the roof too. But that’s why we picked up this rig is to better explore the PNW further than our Subarus allowed us to. This was off Forest Road 4330 after Salmon La Sac campground about a mile from the Tucquala Trailhead. Not busy at all during the middle of the week.

Salmon La Sac, ah my favorite area. That, making a stop for snacks in Roslyn, heading up french cabin creek road, going up fortune creek. I miss it all😎

Swapped out the front calipers from crusty O'Reilly calipers to new OEM. The old ones were installed a few years ago and at the time went with O'Reilly because @cruiserinsanity was working there and we could get a major employee discount.

Used a Motive cap and handheld garden sprayer to pressure bleed the brakes.

Went hunting backroads above Moab. Didnt photo any if the cool stuff :/ And spent a bunch of time in the cool Colorado River

It was cool at night up high amongst the aspens in the La Sals. Though its broiling hot in the sand, nightly respite can be found at altitude.

New OME 2.5” lift with Icon 2.0 shocks and Slee front and rear sway bar drop kits with new bushings all around on my buddies Collector edition 94.
Broke 2 drop bracket bolts had to drill.
Passenger rear top shock plates on wrong sides from a previous repair and rusted. Had to brake out the saws-all.
To top it off, icon shipped one shock without hardware in the box!
Only pics I have is aftermath of half my tools used for this job as we were sweating and swearing most of the day!
Got it done tho!

Got a 2" receiver installed and an awesome bike rack to haul some fun around this island. Shoutout to Slee Offroad and QuikrStuff for making amazing products.
I just about threw down $15K on a light B and just backed out. Going to wait for next spring as it will be a short summer and figured it would be outdated by then lol.
How does the rack hold that weight? I did noticed QuickrStuff had a better weigh limit but also think 1-UP raised theirs since this release. Little concerned loading up that high off the ground, even without the battery loaded.

New mirror and overhead console, paint matched.

Awesome product here from mudder here:
