I am going to try to represent this truck as accurately as possible. I am not trying to hide anything and I am happy to take specific pictures if anyone wants them. It is a strong running truck that has been very reliable for me, but it does have some rust issues. It is better than many I have seen around here. These trucks are getting out of reach for a regular person, so when you find one that’s affordable, its going to have some rust. My price is $4500.00 cash. No more no less. I've been the owner of this vehicle since 1995. It's been an extremely reliable truck. I have all the service records going back since I purchased it. Smog is up to date. There is some rust on the passenger side door and driver side rear roof molding. Has a few minor
dings w/ light wear and tear as to be expected on a truck that has been in use. Just replaced the battery and recently had a tune up, carb rebuilt and r & r exhaust manifold @ Mudrak. 253,000 miles.

This is the second Land Cruiser I have owned/ restored, and I am sad my time with this car is coming to an end. Really fun car to own and drive, with a spirit all its own. While this is a great car, it is 26 years old and it is not perfect, and will require an owner willing to keep up the maintenance. I hope the next owner will enjoy this car as much as I have. I am selling my Late 1985 Fj60, 196K Zero rust. I bought it from a gentleman in Tucson AZ last year where it spent its life. It has one repaint of base/clear, looks great. I stored it from fall to spring so it never has seen salt. Complete emissions intact, I did install all new silicone vacuum lines. Runs great ,I daily drive it 70-100 miles a day. AC works great. Tires are BF Goodrich all terrains 33x9.5x15 in great shape. Drives at 70MPH comfortably. Interior is very nice no seat rips. I am not sure on the suspension but I don't think it is stock. The only non stock things I did were the Sagnaw power steering pump conversion from Cruiser Brothers and LED headlights. If you would like specific pictures let me know.

Well, it looks like we've got to let our truck go. We love it, but we need to move on. It s a 1988 FJ62 w/ a small block V8 and a Turbo 400 transmission. It runs great and is a real joy to drive. As with any 30+ year old vehicle it has some problems, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. It bums us out to sell it. We're asking $22,500

Well, the time has come, and I am selling my beloved FJ62. This truck has no rust and is in excellent condition. It lived its life in the very dry Palm Desert area and was taken care of from day one. This truck has been my daily driver for the last two years so it runs and drives great. I’ve put in lots and lots of maintenance which I have records of. It's got some rust on the right rear quarter panel but its not terrible. There is also some rust on the bottom of the tailgate. The frame has no rust. I had a leak in the roof that I finally tracked down to a small hole in the drip rail. It has been repaired and has been bone dry since. Here are some of the new parts I've put on recently.

This was a father-son project that dragged on.
We had this rig, known as "the Beast", trucked out from Albequerque with its blown engine. I know, who's heard of a 2F gernading? Well, I've got the proof. Anyway, we put in this CA emission 2F obtained from RSO Performance out of a parts rig. Then life intervened. It's currently at West Coast Cruisers in Ramona, CA. It's close to firing up but needs a few things hooked up and stuff like battery, cooling hoses, etc.
We'd let it go for a no-haggle, no-hassle $2K. Pass it on if you know another guy who needs just one more Land Cruiser project. And bring a trailer!

My original trusty cruiser. Dad bought it in 2003, and mine since I turned 16. Its been in the midwest so there is rust underneath and on the rear wheel wells. Engine runs great, and I swapped transmission a couple of years ago and had the transfer case rebuilt (note: not a new transmission). It leaks oil and transmission fluid, and always has.
261k miles.
Interior is in great shape except for the carpet in the trunk which is torn up.
See pictures for rust spots: Both rear wheel wells, lower rear tailgate, under rear window, and door corners . Inspected by TorFab a couple years ago and I have the write up available.

So here's the deal on this rig: I never planned on selling it - ever! However, we found out we were having a surprise third kid and it won't fit 3 car seats... It's been my 100% every day daily driver for three years and weekend warrior to the NM mountains on family camping trips pulling around my M416 trailer. Birfs rebuilt 7k ago. ARB winch bumper, OME 3" heavy duty lift, BFGoodrich AT KO 33" tires, Mickey Thompson wheels, solid axles. Roof rack, rear bumper swing arm with spare tire carrier and ladder. Some rust in the usual places for the 60 series, but overall great condition. I hate to see this go, but I have to make room. Asking 6K, but I want it to go to a good home, and I will listen to any reasonable offers. Glad to take any pictures you may want to see. Minor power steering leak, I have to top it off every few months.
