We got in one day at Brighton. First time I had skied actual western snow in over a decade (having kids really put that hobby on hold ). A few runs and the ski legs came right back.

Thanks for posting those! Those white wagon wheels bring back some fond memories of the 70's and early 80's.

That 2F engine wasn't a screamer but was reliable and had a lot of torque. Must have been late 83 drove her cross country from Ca. to Va. after taking the USS Coral Sea around the World. Was towing a small U Haul trailer loaded with my worldly possessions, guns and reloading equipment, fishing gear, and camping things, up the mountain on the West side of SLC and passing most people. One that I blew by was a VW bug with a V8 sticker popular at the time that said just think I could of had a V8. Looked over to my right at a Bronco (real one not these new things) as I was passing him and it was a Utah LEO wearing a smokey bear hat. He looked me in the eye and shook his head no. I slowed down and slid in behind him LOL. I was still wearing Washington State plates at the time.

I love mine. I notched my valance for access to the radiator cap.

the plastic top on my just sits there so i can access winch easily. nothing is holding it down but it does not seem to flop around, at least i don’t hear it.

i also opted to get a 1.1 bar cap, same as oem

I get over 10k feet enough i want the higher pressure. Its extra cooling headroom.
