OK, I thought I'd try again and NO I won't sell anything off of it.
After building this FJ60 I've decided due to lack of use and just too many vehicles I thought I'd see if there is any interest in it. I'm currently trying to thin the herd. I have a 1986 FJ60 in pretty good shape that I have recently lifted and did other mods to. This FJ60 runs and drives great. It has 230,xxx miles and counting.

We have a super clean 1983 FJ60 at the shop that we are now selling. It has a 143,000 miles It is a 4 speed 4WD and runs absolutely great! The asking price is $2900. This FJ is in absolutely great condition inside and out! No rust spots and is already lifted with OME Shocks, and Dakar springs...you have to see it for yourself!
The Carb was been re-built and tuned, the truck also passes smog.

I have 1987 FJ60 for sale. I got the 60 from the original owner in Fresno, CA. This is a very dry area of California and I have not found a spec of rust on the vehicle. The owner owned a auto shop in Fresno, and did a lot of his own upkeep on it. He installed a Japanese 2F from Spector in 2000, with under 15k KM on it (as per Spectors standards on these motors). Since 2000 til now he said he only put 10-15k miles on it and has the maintenance records to prove it. It even has the Japanese 2F sticker!
This would be a great base for a wheeler or even a restoration project or just daily drive it the way it is!

The rest of the vehicle has 258k miles
It passed CA smog 7-28-09 and is registered til June...
This cruiser is now up for sale. My co-worker decided it wasn't for him. Plus he has a new house and baby. Needs some minor tinkering, tune-up, overall a great truck. I would buy it but I already have one.
Here's the thread from when he bought it. It now has low 90k miles on it. I will find out exactly how many tomorrow. No longer has the running boards on it, but he still has them I believe. IT'S THE WHITE ONE, NOT THE BLUE ONE.

Hi- I'm selling my 1983 FJ60. Its my second and I've had it 10 years. Needs attention. It starts but sputters with a bad carb, I think. No A/c. Interior ****py. I am including a full length spectre off road rack that I paid about $500 for. Odometer stopped at 236,000. Body not bad at all for east coast. Interior ****py. Have listed on local craigslist but would rather sell here if someone wants it. I have 10 cars and am suffocating in projects. 1985 FJ60 for sale. Engine needs work or good for a V8 swap. Engine lost compression in #6 cylinder. I took off the head to inspect it, but really don't have the time to fix it. Interior is in great condition. Has usual rust around the fenders and lower rear tailgate. Transmission shifted fine, transfer case shifts easily, manual hubs are smooth.
I bought a SM465 with NP203 and a centered rear LC axle to do a V8 swap off this forum. Never had time to work on it. I will work a deal on these parts if the buyer wants them. Also have 5 new FJcruiser 17" aluminum wheels.

I'm unloading my "FJ65" project, 83 FJ60 I brought back from western, CO. This is basically a rolling chassis with the body from the B pillar forward, no engine, trans or t-case. Good western doors, fenders, valance and hood some minor scratches and dents, not rotted. I'm also including the rear lift gate and a left rear door both in good condition. The radiator support has some rust at the bottom seem, I'll include a spare rad support from an 87 FJ60. The cab was from damaged rig, the right side A and B pillars were replaced as well as a the cowl side. I have a 1987 FJ60 for sale. It is white and in good shape. It has 235,000 miles on it. It had a complete head job at 222,000 miles. Currently, it has a Holley 2bbl with a HEI distributor from Heidizzy. The truck runs great, is super reliable, and if something were to go wrong very simple to troubleshoot. A lot of work went into the carb conversion. All OEM parts included. The truck has 31" BFG All Terrains with about half life left. AC and PS work great. Alpine cd player with OEM size door speakers and 6x9s in boxes in the back. Job loss forces sale asap.

I bought this FJ in Roseville, CA. I lived in Folsom for 4 yrs (work). I am the third owner. 110K miles, no rust or accidents. The PO had a carburetor fire while visiting family in NM. Husband towed back to Sacramento and it sat in their yard for 10 years! She wanted to have the repairs made and keep driving, but never could afford dealership pricing.
I planned to repair the emmision hoses, replace carb, etc., at an estimated cost of $2k (parts from Specter). I realized I might spend all that money and still fail CA emissions testing, so I decided to go with an LT1/700R4 from a state (donor) vehicle (9C1 optioned) , bought at auction.
