Hi Guys. I'm gauging interest in my '88 FJ62. She was purchased new in Albuquerque, NM, and stayed there until 2019 when I brought her to Atlanta. I've got the original window sticker and service history from 2001 to present. @cruisermatt did the H-55F swap, t-case & lift, along with various other items & I'm extremely happy with his work. No rust. The PO had a little oopsie, resulting in an aftermarket front left fender & repaint. I'm really interested to hear everyone's (well, probably most everyone's) thoughts. What do you think of the condition? What do you think I should ask for it?

Looking for a daily driver 60 series. A diesel option would be awesome, but inventory is a little more limited.
I need a daily driver, as cosmetically clean and rust free as possible.
I am unable to come and look at it, as I am currently deployed and this is my soon to be retired present to myself.

Looking to finally get rid of my 86 FJ60. 230k on the clock. 2F motor with Holly Sniper EFI. Looking for 16k.
Overall a good truck. I had it repainted 2 years ago, but unfortunately the guys who did it (who shall remained unnamed), didn't take the proper precautions for some of the body rust spots and they have not bubbled. The rear shock tube mount had also rusted and I had a new bar mount welded in.
Interior is a 6-7. New carpets, raptor lined floor, new headliner in box (NOT INSTALLED YET).
Missing rear bumper, but I have boxes of parts otherwise.
As you can see, I've got few other projects going on, so just need to make some room. Dogs not included in sale.

Bought this last year from a member here for my wife who was battling Cancer and had always wanted one. Sadly, she passed the end of January and I have no use for it. She runs well and is clean. After purchase, I added OME suspension, had ACC Garage put in new battery trays and terminal gear, rebuild alternator, and clean up some wiring. Installed a Sony touchscreen, amp and sub. $30k obo. Selling a 1988 Land Cruiser FJ62 with 100k original miles. I was going to part it out but with the low mileage and nice interior I wanted to see if someone would be interested in fixing the truck up before I part it out. The truck was owned by an older woman its whole life and she was very gentle on the interior. The truck runs and drives but has a small exhaust leak. The transmission shifts really good and has no slop when shifting in between gears. The time has come to part ways with my 1987 FJ60. Current odometer reading is a shade under 210,000 miles and will not go up much as we have 5 cars. It’s been in my possession for the past 9 years and I’ve done everything to maintain its reliability as it’s served as my winter daily driver. I’ve got records of every receipt over the last 9 years. Asking price is $20,000 and I’m happy to send detailed information and share additional pictures to interested parties. It’s not a show truck but a great example of a reliable, daily driver. I’ve done my best to capture its essence, including its few warts.

A good friend of mine is selling his HJ61. I found this for him a few years ago on craigslist. It was located in Costa Rica and he was living there at the time. He was able to buy it and import it to the US. It's in fine shape, I have driven it and it drove great. Someone in the club should buy this, Wish I could. Tell him arthog sent you.

I have owned this truck as the second owner since 1991. It is Southern California vehicle. 1st own lived in Palm Desert CA. I have a file of all the records for the truck. I have 320,000 miles on the truck. At around the 280,000 mile range I rebuilt the transmission and transfer case. At around 310,000 it needed an upper engine rebuild. The company made a mistake and over boar the cylinders thus resulting in an engine replacement. I eneded up getting a used engine with around 100k miles on it. I changed out the front and rear gears from 4.11 to 4.56. The rear has an auburn locker. The ac went out so I had a new compressor and dryer put in and now we are using the r134a. It blows icecold. It has new tires all the way...

Posting up to see if there’s any interest. I’ve had this a little over 3 years. I’ve put around 1500 miles on it. It has 334 kilometers on the ODO (223k US). It’s the 12HT with a 5-speed. The PTO was removed by the previous owner in Japan. It’s had one repaint and has some rust coming through in areas. None of it has advanced since being in central TX the last 3 years. I put an OME lift on it as well as 5 new tires. I have 6ish 12HT’s in other vehicles here at my place and this by far runs better than any of them. Even my personal truck that has a new old stock 12HT with 23k on the ODO. Everything is set to factory specs and this is an unmolested truck.
