Original, well taken care of since new. Adult owned. Excellent condition. Runs and drives very well. All original interior, seats and carpet, dash cover protects original dash-excellent condition. Everything works like it should including air conditioning, heat, 4wd, original radio w/tape deck, original speakers, and power antennae and cruise control. Original glass all the way around except for windshield. Rare manual roll up windows all work. No modifications, and was not used for towing.

Original owner had the car until just under 267K miles. Widow sold to a guy in WA. He drove it from Sparks, NV to Tacoma, WA. I purchased 12/2015 and drove it from Tacoma, WA to Los Angeles, CA.
I have a stack of maintenance receipts from 12/1998 to 2/2015 from the original owner. Like clockwork, this couple had the oil changed and tires rotated every 3,000 miles. I originally posted my FJ62 for sale back in the fall. I had great response and met some fantastic folks here. Because of the many things life throws at us and winter quickly approaching, I decided to remove it from the forum and being for sale. Unfortunately, ih8mud does not have an option for removing ads… so I just let it fad away. Now that spring is here and I was able to have quite a bit of maintenance done, I am again putting this cruiser up for sale.

For sale is my 1986 Toyota HJ60. It has the 2H diesel, 5 speed manual transmission, and of course 4x4. It’s registered in Washington State and located in Goldendale, WA. I imported it from Canada myself, and have since spent a ton of money on it. If I keep it, I’m going to keep spending tons more money on it to make it even more badass. It was an itch I had to scratch by getting a Cruiser, but at this point I think I’ll just sell it and get myself a new or newish Tacoma.

Hi all - I've been on the hunt for a sub 10k, sub 180K miles ideally, clean frame FJ60 to take on - really anywhere in the SW, west coast, or PNW. I've missed out on a few local opportunities via clist and FB so I figured I'd see if anyone has something on here.
