Question : my fj40 body is a 68 modified to match 64 ..i have a F155 engine and a 4 speed gearbox ...wich parking cable have i to use and wich accelerator cable setup ?

If you modified the 68 with 64 accelerator parts to SD40 or D40 you won't need the cable, just the linkage rods.
If you're using 68 pedal and keeping the cable mount on the firewall with a carb to receive cable, you should use a cable for a 68.
Not sure if the early parking brake cable works works with the 4 speed gearbox parking brake set up, unless your 4 speed gearbox is mated to a 3 speed transfer case with early parking brake set up then you can use the early parking brake cable.

i have the complete 4 speed coming from a 74 fj40, so i guess i will have to use 71 cable (if they have brake under dash also)

Ok...so i ordered a cable ...but...if the length is ok ...the cable mount ln firewall is not the same..they gave me this one

.is someone have a old used cable on wich i could have this part ?

because mine seems for later firewall...

Finally found a solution .

Early hood hinges (strange thoses hinges ...you can remove quickly the hood for mechanic.. ..or someone can stole it also quickly....)

Those have been reworked in the past, originally they don’t pull apart as the pins are peened on both ends.

What year come this passenger seat . Seems not fit with the 68 body mount holes .

is someone having a 64 and or a 68 would show me the good ones and how they are mounted .

is someone can take the measurements to reproduce the driver seat bracket wich is on the tool box ?,
also take measurement of the bracket wich keep it in place

and measurement of the little rear brackets
