Hey guys, I’ve been a huge fan of 60 series for a long time and ready to make the jump into one. I currently have an 07 Landcruiser at just above 201k miles and am interested in trading for a 60 series (preferably FJ62 but the right 60 would work too). The 100 series is my daily (~30 miles round trip) and I’d need something capable of that. I know there’s a price disparity between the two so am not looking for a show queen but ideally something mostly rust free and mechanically sound (don’t want to have to turn around to dump money into it). I recognize it’s a somewhat odd request as the driving experience is much different, it’s older, etc… But my vehicle is not the family one.

Showing very little rust on the body and frame. I am the second owner of this vehicle, it has spent 1 winter in Tahoe and the rest of its life in the Bay Area. Have had this for about 6-7 years. All stock except for the 80’s Supra style front seats. Has 290Kish kilometers. Titled in my name, but originally from Canada. So the body is beyond my skill level or interest in tackling. I’d do a body swap but have too many other projects in front of this one. Has the H55 as well. I bought this Land Cruiser two years ago and have completely rebuilt all the mechanical/electrical systems. 6.0 LQ4 LS swapped Land Cruiser with a 5 speed manual gearbox (H55F). I rebuilt the LQ4 engine with premium parts, definitely has loads of horsepower and torque. I blended in the GM and toyota wiring harness so all the factory gauges work. Custom headers and exhaust. The original driveline, axles, suspension and brakes have been completely re-built. New high pressure fuel pump and fuel lines. New KO2 tires with less them 2k miles on them. Hey everyone, I have an all original 1990 FJ62 for sale. I have owned it for 5 years and have only put about 10k miles on it. Since I’ve owned it I have replaced the cooling system, master cylinder, and got the AC blowing cold. Clean interior.
It has a small leak at the rear main, not enough to effect the oil level, but leaves some spots on the driveway. There is a rust spot around where the roof rack meets the gutter. Some oxidation on the hood. All in photos. Thanks
Here is my FJ 62 that I have for sale. It was my daily driver and I have owned it for over 10 years and it has been a fantastic rig. Never broken down, never left me stranded. Because of a recent medical condition, I am now confined to a power wheelchair and unable to drive. As much as I have enjoyed having this LandCruiser, the reality is that I need to let it go to someone who will enjoy and take care of it as much as I have. It has regularly been maintenance with oil changes every 2500 to 3000 miles and serviced on an as needed basis. It runs fantastic and has all the original California emissions equipment. Aside from the rims and tires, it is in all original condition, rust free and has just under 236K miles.

Going to put up my 1988 HJ61 LHD for sale. Time has come when I need to make a down payment on my first home and the extra money would make that possible. It's got about 230k miles on it and slowly rising. Turbo Diesel 12HT engine that runs strong and cranks up the split second your turn it over, 5 speed manual transmission, manual locking aisin hubs, factory 16" steelies coated, full float rear axle, and limited slip differentials. Truck cruises at 70mph with ease going up hills. Extremely torquey. I've been averaging about 21mpg on small road trips and about 19mpg around town when I'm driving it for work.
