Usual rear sill rust issues and slight body damage on right side rocker panel. Complete hard top with all glass. New toyota front windshield. New 31' mud tires on chrome steel wagon wheels. In great condition as you will see from the pictures. New breaks, fly wheel, clutch, oil pan, seals on motor, hubs and front axle have been rebuild. Water pump recently replaced. Has radio/cd with amp and sub woofer along with security system. Gaskets around glass all new. Top re-painted with new liner. We have the door panels as well. Body completely restored, no rust. Wanted FJ40

I am looking for my first FJ40!!! I have been reading all the information on this site, and I am ready to take the plunge.......... My budget is between $5k-$13k. I am located in Columbia, SC, but willing to drive as far as TX (1000 miles) if it is worth it. I would like to find 1975 or newer with a 2F in it and use it as a daily driver. 1964 fj40.

Stock FJ40 with all the lights, decals, etc. All switches, knobs and lights work. Runs fine with F1 motor ( a replacement). Desert FJ: minimal rust...perfect for restoration. I'm a little out of my league mechanically and financially,..heart probs and the bills are coming in. I love this truck and have worked to make it clean. Hardtop excellent, body good, new weatherstip to windshield, windshield louver, door windows. Bifold works fine. Roll Bar. 3 speed on column. Runs good in 4x4...took it into the Coast Range on easy road and both ranges worked fine. I'm needing @$6,000 obo.

For Sale 1965 FJ40

I have a friend that is looking to sell his FJ40. It is a 1965 all original with just over 30,000 miles on it. The only modifications to it are the rear fender flares and the mirrors. It is always in the garage and is always maintained with great care. There is no rust on it at all. Overall, it is in excellent shape. The seats are original and in perfect condition. It has a three speed with the shifter on the floor and the transfer case shifter is on the dash. It is forest green and the paint is in great shape. It was originally ordered with the factory rippled hard top which has the accordion door in the rear. Most of the vehicles ordered this year were ordered with the soft top.
