Good looking truck! Kind of what i think i am looking for although i am having a tough time making up my mind.

Where are you in GA? Do you think it would make the trip to Charlotte?

Thanks
Andrew

Andrew,

I'm about 1 1/2 hours south of the Atlanta Airport if that gives you an idea. It runs great but I have never driven it that far. With the gearing it would be an interesting trip. I have read many posts here from those that have driven these that far but you couldn't be in a hurry. I would put it on a trailer if it were me. I hate to see this 40 go but I'm trying to buy a skidsteer and I just don't drive it like it should be due to the fact I got a 60. You are welcome to come check it out.

Thanks,
Clyde

Still For Sale or Maybe Trade

OK, I may be getting an 80 tomorrow if all goes well and I've got too many Landcruisers (Some say that's not possible), so I still want to sell the 40. I just drive it the least and I hate to see it sitting. I'll take $4,000 CASH for it or I still would be willing to work a trade but I need some cash unless the trade is really in my favor because I know I'm going to want to lift the 80 and maybe buy some tires ect, ect for it. I would be interested in ATV's, Yamaha Rhino, maybe some other stuff as trade/partial trade. let me know if you're interested and we'll work from there.

Thanks

I am interested... does it have rear seats and seatbelts and forgive my ignorance but are they compatible for car seats for babies?

FJ40

It has rear jump seats and seatbelts but I have never tried to put a car seat in there. I am a Police Officer and crash investigator so proper placement and security of child seats is important to me. I have seen a lot of bad things happen when a seat is not secured properly. Honestly I would not feel real good about a child in a seat facing the way the jump seats are.

yeah, that's what i was thinkin... Im LE Fed side of the house and originally from columbus ga, ft benning... just thought i'd ask... maybe i'll see ya around the boiled peanut stand some day...
