Thanks for that - finally got around to fitting my heater, so a good flush out at the same time is a great planFlushed the cooling system. New heater hose connector makes a good place to hook up the garden hose too

You can print the bezel and housing if you search for the 3D archive on mud or thingyverse. If you don’t have a printer you can pay some one to print it. The one I uploaded takes an fj60 tach. I have bought a couple of those for $60 a piece in the past. You can do it for under $100.I'd like to find one of those tachs to install on my '79 without spending 250 bucks for it.

I'm old school and.don't see a 3D printer in my future. I do like how the bottom of the opening is flat. I have a couple of FJ62 tachometers which are also flat. Only difference is the RPM is 500 more before red line.

@ChaserFJ60 offers printing services. Also, I had a fj62 tach but decided on the fj60 tach, both should work. The housing that I designed/printed also accepts the light that is used in the oem housing.@MOTOV8R
