My alignment tools minus the tape measure. Notice the center and right reference notches I use for setup (top edge of angle).
All adjustment are made via nut welded to rods.

As far as greasing goes, I used to hate this necessary task. It seemed I was fighting some of those zerks, either pushing hard while trying to work the gun or fighting to get the tip free after lubing. NO MORE, I now only use the Lock and Lube. Their slogan is "get the grease in and not on your machine" or something close to that. It really works very well and keeps the overall mess down from improper tip seating.

I went with General Grabber X3 (33x10.5 15). Since I really don't like the looks of the BFG's KM3 and the KM2 discontinued I had no real choice.

Curious to know how the ride is with the Bilsteins. I've got the same lift and I've been seriously considering swapping the shocks out

To be fair, the tired Rancho's needed to be retired a long time ago. I was able to compress the old shocks manually with little effort with zero return. I will say the new Bilstein's ride night and day.

I ordered them from a vender on Ebay for $67.xx each with free shipping.

I did a flexed measurement with there Hyster since I wanted to make sure.

Front: Collapsed = 15" Extended = 22"

Rear: Collapsed = 22.5 Extended = 24-1/4'

I'm running the Bilsteins also, absolutely love them.

Awesome glad to hear good feedback from you both. I will add Bilsteins to my list of things to do

P/Ns?

I know my 20+ year old Ranchos are showing their age.

I’ve been very impressed with the Bilstein shocks I put under my 9500 lb Ambo... the previous shocks were so bad you couldn’t could get whiplash from being thrown around if you slowly drove down a potholed road. It literally emptied the contents out of the cupboards that weren’t closed up tightly... in about 100’ before I could get turned around and out of the rough patch.

Lock-N-Lube with a tube of TRC Paragon 3000 for the win!
