Tore out my homemade headliner to see that was Beneath it. No surprises! Also preped for defrost vents, so I dropped the windshield,

Got some gorgeous re-chromed bits back and put them all on... but found the old spring rear hatch lifts aren't cutting it anymore, so ordered a couple hydraulic struts to hide inside. My forehead will appreciate it.

From a post here, found on Amazon:
VIOJI New 2pcs Front Hood Bonnet Black Steel Gas Lift Supports Strut Shocks Fit 02-07 Jeep Liberty SG314037
I think it's recommended to start with swapping out one strut- may lift too hard with two.

Yes I remember my former days in The Peoples Republic of New York, Buffalo to be exact! Only wish I left that dump sooner......

Sometimes living in a place like that makes living in the new place that much better. You have already felt the suffering now you have a better appreciation for the new place.

I believe these are the lights I have, last night I spent some time adjusting them. I had to adjust them down a lot, the glare from them is pretty strong. Hopefully in the next day or two I’ll be able to get on the road and get a feel for how they are after the adjustments.
Do they plug right in to your stock wire harness or do you have to do some modifications to it?

Straight plug and play.

They need serious adjustment to keep from shining in the eyes of oncoming traffic. It's like the low beams are high beams.

Not direct work on the 40, but something that will facilitate more work on the 40!! I can't put into words how excited I am to have heat in my shop. Heat means more months out of the year when I can work on the truck, and also more time not freezing my biscuits off doing regular maintenance / repairs on our cars, snowblower, etc. Feeling thankful and excited.

Years ago I hung one of those in an uninsulated 2 car garage - could only run it for 15 minutes at a time before I had to turn it off - TOO HOT. Then the heat escaped every nook and cranny and I'd have to fire it back up - TOO COLD. Now I have radiant infloor heat - JUST RIGHT.
