Finished dressing and installing. Ready for recovery without more damage to the front bumper

BR, Dude! if it's really like what it looks to be, you'd give me a $100 to sit on that edge, I wouldn't do it... Yikes!

I installed my new Trail Tailor front recovery points from @reevesci on the Cruiser last week in preparation for what I thought would be a lot of recovery situations over the weekend. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your perspective) I never needed to use them even though the snow and mud was pretty gnarly. Nice beefy recovery points that are a huge upgrade from the stock tow loops! I'm sure they'll be awesome when they finally get put to use.

Not the best shot of them but you can see the little red dudes up front.

Spent the weekend working on outfitting the LCH shop.. Finally starting to look like a cruiser shop!!

What's your ceiling height? I'm scheming on my new garage and have plans for a 2 post lift. I want to make sure I get enough height for the truck to make it worthwhile. I'm 6'4" and if I have to squat under the rig with a lift I may as well use a creeper and save my construction money.

Did a little exploration along the Utah/Arizona border with some family. Cold, snowy, muddy, fantastic!

I'm so jealous of those of you that live West of the Mississippi! You get to wheel into scenery like that, and when I wheel in NC I get to stare at pine trees! Miles and miles of pine trees.... I don't even put Xmas trees up anymore because I'm sick of f'ing pine trees! Now, put me somewhere like that, and I would stay lost out in the most beautiful land I've ever seen!! (And to think.... for 21 years I begged Uncle Sam to not station me out there (and he listened).... what was I thinking?!)
Anyways.... that looks like a fun weekend!

Its 14 ft high. Havent lifted a truck yet. Have to wait 48 hours in order to use it.

Is this in VA? For some reason I thought you moved to PA?

The shop is in Western MD and I live in Northern Virginia.

Cruise Moab 2017 Registration Is Now Open

Check-in. Airfare is cheap and there might be somebody that needs a spotter. With your signature line they may even let you drive. I'm not going, I have some deferred maintenance that won't be done in time.

PMing my knuckles/axles and discovered a few problems. One of which is the short side axle. What are your thoughts on this extent of this scoring? FYI-This side has the needle bearings spindle.

The damage is in an area where there is not usually contact. What does the area where the bushing rides look like?

Could be possible that there was diff or axle damage at some point and debris was lodged in the housing where that scoring is happening?
