Very nice.
Thanks, that was the mock up and these are the laser cut and cnc bent pieces. It'll be slightly tighter than above.

Haha. It is exactly like what it looks like. 3000' to the canyon floor at that point.BR, Dude! if it's really like what it looks to be, you'd give me a $100 to sit on that edge, I wouldn't do it... Yikes!
What's your ceiling height? I'm scheming on my new garage and have plans for a 2 post lift. I want to make sure I get enough height for the truck to make it worthwhile. I'm 6'4" and if I have to squat under the rig with a lift I may as well use a creeper and save my construction money.Spent the weekend working on outfitting the LCH shop.. Finally starting to look like a cruiser shop!!

I'm so jealous of those of you that live West of the Mississippi! You get to wheel into scenery like that, and when I wheel in NC I get to stare at pine trees! Miles and miles of pine trees.... I don't even put Xmas trees up anymore because I'm sick of f'ing pine trees! Now, put me somewhere like that, and I would stay lost out in the most beautiful land I've ever seen!! (And to think.... for 21 years I begged Uncle Sam to not station me out there (and he listened).... what was I thinking?!)
Anyways.... that looks like a fun weekend!
Its 14 ft high. Havent lifted a truck yet. Have to wait 48 hours in order to use it.
The shop is in Western MD and I live in Northern Virginia.

I'd be replacing that if it were mine.PMing my knuckles/axles and discovered a few problems. One of which is the short side axle. What are your thoughts on this extent of this scoring? FYI-This side has the needle bearings spindle.

Could be possible that there was diff or axle damage at some point and debris was lodged in the housing where that scoring is happening? The damage is in an area where there is not usually contact. What does the area where the bushing rides look like?
