If it does not have an emergency brake attached to it, I don't mess with drum brakes.

More KY please

I really wish we could include the seller in this thread… kinda like a “here you go, this thread is all about documenting what I’m doing to the sweet rig you sold me… so you can follow along!” #alsoGFY

I mean that’s assuming the rig was sold without disclosing the junky wiring, the lack of shock bushings, and other delights you’ve found and are gonna find…

Yeah. The seller is a dirt bag. Very creatively left out all of this s*** in his description

My guy is a humble, hard working dude that admitted that he ****ed up buying it unseen.

He was over promised, over charged and basically screwed to a wall.

We are making it right.

How was the JTO kit compared to the TSMs you’ve installed previously?

Fine. Basically the same thing for 1/2 the price. That kit has just gotten too expensive.

Love the comment re tire carrier. Curious, were the threaded holes for caliper bolts all janky ? we have come across a number of those sets with unusable threads and have to chase em.
Nope. All good.

Changed the oil. 20/50 Valvoline with Zinc.

New Denso plugs.

Dissy installed.

PCV

Redline carb base

New battery tray and holder.

Just sticking s*** back on as I have it

Water hoses all installed. The upper radiator hose is discontinued from Toyota and there is a work around but some a****** (@OGBeno) bought all of them.

He's mailing me one.....

Oil cap

Battery. The genius from before had some oddball that won't fit in the stock tray

Koito H4s and a nice used OEM bumper makes the front look so much better

Hammered out the old rounded off 24mm dif drain and fill plugs and drained the jet black 90wt out and reinstalled hex plugs and new gaskets

Clutch in and bled.

Brake lines have a drip or two under pressure so I undid it all and added some locktite 567 to the threads. I'm gonna let that sit up overnight and bleed them out tomorrow.

Was supposed to get a pallet from 4Plus today so I could get the swingout on but the turds did not show up.

May have to start wiring tomorrow.

Pallet DID come in so I grabbed a breakfast burger and then grabbed the pallet.

Even got the tires in ....

And it's on. Nice and tight.
