looking for some public opinion on the matter.
body color is going to a lite flat tan. bezel will be right side up and white. wheels are currently oem white wagons, but will be grey steelies.
what color on bumpers and and sliders.
i'm not feeling body color on them.
not sure black is where it's at either. maybe a grey?

Whatever your favorite tint in a rattle can would be.

Find gray in a can to match your wheels? Easy to touch up if your going to wheel it. Haven't seen that combo yet.

I was going to say black aswell, but since that isn't going to happen I'd go with rattle can gray. I used Rustoleum "Smoke Gray" for wheels and rollbar. I also used it for bumperetts and jump seat frames and backs. Post pics when it gets done. Here's a poser pic of my flat khaki with gray wheels etc. This pic and a couple more was also posted in the "paint" forum.

my wheels are a darker grey. i'm sorta leaning towards a lighter shade of grey for the bumper and sliders. seat brackets and oem roll bar are getting flat black. i'm not sure what's happening on the back yet, bumperettes and oem carrier or a bumper w/spare mount.

IMHO, OEM front bumper and rear bumperettes should be factory gray (or similar).
I've got a HFS front bumper and no bumperettes. All black works for me.

Ive done a lot of my bumpers/sliders in duplicolor graphite wheel paint. Looks good and offsets a flat color nicely... Its easy to paint with and goes on thick.

personally, I would go darker than the light greys depicted here - just my 0.02 cents

The old 80 beater van. everything was duplicolor graphite.

My old taco, all graphite again. Guess it was a theme.

Dang! I like that graphite a lot.

Agree, graphite is the the perfect "all purpose" color. I may even use it for the rollbar etc. when I re- do it. It's on my "week to ten year plan".
