And slowly getting some more lift. Added a leaf to each corner and removed the isolator from the rear. Now sitting at 37” on the rear and 36 on the front. 7 leafs up front and 9 in the rear. The castor shim is costing me a little in the front. Thinking of swapping in a set of rear OME shackles onto the front. They are 1/2” taller and should reduce the stink bug affect. Only thing I can think that it may affect is the castor. But since I have the 4 degree wedges I should be fine.

New u-joints. One of the few things I did not address when I built the truck 16k miles ago. No pics yet of the painted shaft with new joints. Will take one tomorrow. Took it on a 10 mile test run this evening. Lots of smells from the brakes being they are new. Will get things dialed in

Lockers in. Tested the pull cables and they engage and disengaged. Would like to figure out how to wire the indicator gauge. Two wires coming from each actuator and 5 wires going into the back of the lights. Boy quite sure what the filth one is for. Also, this indicator light came out of a 24v.

No updates. Just realized I had this video redeeming myself from last years failed attempt. And yes…lockers do make a difference :). Can’t believe I waited 3 years to put this set under my truck.

Looking good Jimmy, where is "The Wall"?

Nice. Climbing up that with 33" tires is a bit of a feat too. Hopefully Chunk does it this year.

Finally getting around to mounting the cruiserCrap console. These do not come with brackets for 60’s. And having a late 60, the front floor mount is not square. Used 1” angle iron and did a little filet work so I could open it up about 6-7 degrees (welded it back). Then I trimmed the CC mounts so I could bolt them to the angle iron. Not sure about the height but can lower it if necessary. So brackets are in and the next step is getting the box bolted to them. Looks like the holes line up in the back but may have to drill new ones for the front.
