@mesa man that looks great. Carpet is one of those things that’s way down my list (after an engine rebuild, steering box rebuild, etc), but good lord it makes such a huge difference. I bet it feels really nice stepping into the truck with that.

Are you running stock length shackles? Do you currently have caster correction shims installed on the front axle? What you describe sounds like it could be a caster issue.
That's a lot of air. Make sure your bushings are good, u bolts tight, shackles sre snug and steering geometry are within spec, toe in and especially caster.
