The coupe is a driver. Definitely not a trailer queen. I’ve put 4,000 miles on it in the last 8 months. Well, actually 4, December and January were a little wet and cold (snow)

1974 FJ40. My loss your gain, married with child (you know the story), no time or money to restore the way I'd like. Most of the work was done back in the late 80's, she has been sitting in the pole shed collecting dust the past 8 years or so. She ran well before storage; would need a battery, gas drained, fuel pump, fuel lines and minor stuff to get running again. I need to move this out of my woodworking shop (hence the coating of sawdust).
Engine: Chevy 377 cubic inch (Chevy 350 4-bolt main with 400 Chevy crank), TRW flat top pistons, moderate Crane cam, Roads lifters, Dominator II aluminum intake, Carter AFB 4-barrel, rebuilt stock 76cc heads, 3-core MOPAR radiator, Downey Headers, MSD ignition. Should be around 9.0:1...
Completely restored and modified 1978 FJ-40.
Rust free body with new urethane paint, bedlined interior and front fenders, new modern seats, locking center and dash consoles, stereo, storage boxes, heavy duty brush gaurd.
OME springs, shackle reversal, power steering, all new brakes and lines.

1973 Fj40 35x 15.50 super swampers spring over axle conversion needs a new engine. I paid $ 2,200.00 a year ago and have since bought disk conversion through Cruiser land for $450. It is more work than i can do on my own and i just dont have the time. I'll sell it for $2000. firm. serious inquires only please.

I have pics on request. Kermit has a carburated 350 with T350 tranny bolted to it. It is not fully installed. I used the Firestein mounts and that's as far as I have gotten. It will need a tranny mount, transfer case adapter (original tc included with sale), electric fan for motor, radiator, and an exhaust starting from the manifold.
The engine runs without a hiccup, only a month ago I drove it in the 84 GMC 3/4 ton van (with the transmission) from Niceville to Pensacola, FL (about and hour). No problems, not even a sputter.

I have a 1977 Toyota Land crusier for sale. I have owned it since 1983. I have replaced the hood, front fenders, and the tub with fiberglass replacement body parts to prevent most of the future rust. the doors and the window parts are still orginial and have some rust, most of the rust is in the doors. I have the fiberglass replacement grill, but its not installed. The drivetrain is in great condition, transmission and transfer case have had all the gaskets replaced. small remain seal leak on the motor along with a small leak in the front sweeps, but no other leaks. The F2 Motor has 181,000+ miles and burns some oil, but starts easy and runs smooth. I replaced the carb with a Holley 350 carb and put in a K&N air filter. It has a 4...
I don't know much about these, but couldn't help going for a test ride. 85k, asking $2700, will deal. All stock. Rust through on all corners, the frame has heavy surface rust, shocks are rusty, one front brake rotor is looking bad. One spot in the rear fender under the folding seat is rusted through. New tires, new alternator. The engine ground strap rusted free and he replaced the alternator thinking that was the problem. New tires. It's been repainted at some point. Ambulance doors, hardtop looks good, he's not had it off. It ran great, shifted well, no slop in the steering or suspension. Too much work for me. TRUCK HAS BEEN SOLD Bought this truck earlier this year with full intentions of getting it back on the road. Ain't gonna happen and I want my garage space back, so here's the story.
79 FJ40, original color mustard, previous owner removed the tub. Cowl is there and in decent shape. New CCOT front fenders. Bib, aprons, hood, grill and screen in good shape. Running boards good shape. Some rust in sides of hardtop and at bottoms of doors. Windshield frame very good. Tubular spare tire carrier is in excellent condition. Frame rust free but the rear piece needs bolted in, minor item. All glass is good, fiberglass top in good shape. No license plate bracket. Bumperettes are there and in nice shape.

76 FJ-40 started redoing the body a while back and recent financial woo's force me to sell, the frame and body have been sanded and primed, everything is there except body has been cut out behind the front seats, vehicle will run and drive (around the block), no top, 81 FJ-40 wheels with rolling tires, front seats are out but still have, no rear seats or front bumper, driveline is perfect, everything worked and drove well before disassembly (just a bad body), all new synthetic fluids throughout $1,800 obo

Seriously considering selling the 40 series to get a 100 series. I am asking 17,500.00..Price is pretty firm. Best year of the fj40, 4.11's fine spline, 2F, 4-speed. Cruiser is extremely clean, no rust. Factory PTO Winch.. No leaks! Runs PERFECT! Needs Nothing! Just to be driven more...... All original except for, Front and Rear ARB Lockers, and 2.5" Old Man Emu Lift, and 33" BFG M/T's. Have a lot of extra parts.
