don't know whether it was this weekend, but we discovered it Saturday as we were trying to flex the truck with the new tires on some rocks

this week I pluged in the block warmer for one day ... i didnt want to walk or bike into work at 3deg's

Picked up some parts from the paint shop #653 Olive Green, or Brown depending on who you listen to. Installed the header and my new SOR oil lines. Hope to get the body on in a few weeks when it is back from the paint shop. Plus working on completing the rebuild of my 8274 Winch and hoping it gets above zero in the next few days so working in the garage isn't so painful.

Hmm...a trip to Trollhole, cool!!

I started wire wheeling the tub of the '78 in preparation for Rust Bullet & new paint. Not much rust as it is a CO/AZ rig, however I want to get it 100% rust free & perfect. The OE rubber mat & insulation + trapped moisture=bad.

Not sure if it's custom or not. I believe he said its a seven foot clearance. I'll ask the carrier next time I talk to him.

I should be able to run just about every Toyota truck drive shaft bolt pattern now.

Got the heater working, Finally the blower motor now works, but just one speed. It sure is nice to have heat in the Red Monster!

Worked on my console a little bit, still have to do the front plate, a lot of weld grinding, make the lid, add a two cup holder on the back.

Got my power steering pump cleaned up for the 3fe swap I'm working on for my 40. Bad news was I found that the pulley on the shaft had been loose. Shaft appears ok but pulley shot! Just ordered a new one and a seal kit. Yikes, you would think the pulley was gold plated.

Been a while since I have posted on this thread. Threw the hardtop on and actually fully bolted it on, put on the Con Ferr rack for the first time on this cruiser. Also new since last time I posted are the H1 rims with 37" military take offs.

Got the seats torn apart and painted. They should be off to the upholstery shop in the next week or so. Next up is ordering wire harness materials...and the fun begins...
